Cons: They could use a few new mattresses.
The motel was clean and restful. The bed could have a little more comfortable. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Even though I booked a room with two beds they refused to honor it claiming Expedia and Hotels . Com promise a room without knowing if its overbooked . They gave us a room with a bed and a couch to sleep!! Later when I went down to ask about sheets for the couch they moved us to double bed because their Diamond Elit person cancelled his room. It worked ok at the end

Hotel was nice, clean, and staff friendly. I recommend the hotel had a mini market our snack shop. There is nothing within walking distance to accommodate. Overall nice hotel, I would stay again and tell friends.

Check in time is 3 PM. We had to wait in the lobby until 4:45 PM to check in. When we got to the room we found the bedding crumpled. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance for two weeks. This information was not provided during booking, or on their website. We had 3 guests in the room, and every day had to request towels (only towels for two supplied in a room with two queen beds.) On the third day they requested we come get the towel ourselves. Shampoo and soap were not resupplied during the stay of three nights. My son was only person in the room who was resting because of heart problems and had to go get it! The neighborhood on the street behind the hotel is not a safe/good neighborhood. The WiFi is free unless you actually want a reasonable speed, then it is paid WiFi. Hotel was noisy, guests in the hallways talking late night and early morning. There was a flood on the hallway floor, and something fowl in the elevator that needed attention.

The website is out dated. There was no bar/lounge on site like what was posted on the website. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working in our first room. There was a qtip on the bathroom floor of the second room from the previous tenants.

Check in was at 3 we arrived around 315 room wasn't quite ready yet. There was plenty options for for a couple miles away. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped. Overall I am very satisfied with this stay. Definitely recommend.

Looked like a newly renovated room, a typically great Hampton visit, no problems everything went as you would expect. The hotel location is near the cable stay bridge over the Ohio river which is a cool view. easy drive to the mall area.
