This was a great central location for our family gathering. The breakfast foods were great. The staff was polite. The rooms were clean and large. The pool was clean but small. TV or remote in room did not work.

Room updated but extremely strong odor of dog.
Check in was ok and lady was nice but requested a room that was free from pets due to severe dog allergies. She assured me room was a pet free room. As soon as we walked in entire room smelt like dogs. My eyes instantly were itchy after only a few minutes in the room. The smell seemed to be worse when the ax was on and we could See all the dog hair in the WC vents. Had to double up on allergy pills and had to constantly rinse my eyes out so the would swell up. On plus side hotel was quiet and a great location. Room was also updated and appeared clean other than the extremely strong odor of dogs.

We did not receive maid service but were given what we needed for the 2nd day and we were fine with that. TV remote did not work. Pool was closed for part of our stay. Bed was comfortable. Good shower.

No Mat in handicap shower. It was very slippery and we had to put a towel on the floor. No ice dispenser on the second floor.

I do hope the front desk was able to take care of that for you immediately when you contacted them. Also, you are correct we do not have an ice machine on the 2nd floor but do have one on the first floor and also one on the 3rd floor just off the elevator.We do hope to see you in the near future on your next trip to Stevens Point.

Seriously the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, and not in an annoying fake-friendly way. The desk clerk that checked us in, Andrew, make me feel genuinely welcomed. It was really nice.

Hot tub jets didn’t work, the bed was super hard, and it was so noisy with slamming doors, bouncing balls, running around, etc all night

Wonder staff, nice facility, very clean and very large room! My only complaint is there was a boys basketball team staying the same time we were and they were so loud and obnoxious. Running and yelling up and down the hallway and stairway until after 9pm. The parents or whoever were sitting in the dining just having a grand ol' time. We couldn't use the pool or hot tub which was a bummer due to all the unattended rowdy kids, my husband went down in the morning thinking it was too early for the kids to be in there and the hot tub was now out of order. Paid a lot to be annoyed!

Family stay
This is our favorite hotel to stay in in Stevens point. It is friendly, clean, the breakfast is good, and the beds are comfortable.
