We had a short one-night stay getting in late and leaving early the next morning, so we didn't get a chance to use most of the hotel's amenities including breakfast. However, the manager was friendly, check-in was easy and the room was comfortable and clean.

This property appears to be a rehab work in progress. The interior was OK for the price. . Exterior was shabby with some evidence repairs being done. Breakfast was was good. My serious concern is with the lack of uh key card excess locks or any sort of locks on the side and rear doors of the building where guests can enter closer to their rooms. These were unlocked with easy access. It was explained that they were new doors however I did not see any evidence that they were about to or were attempting to put electronic locks on them.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your stay. I am very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. Please note that your concerns have been passed on to our management. You are correct we are in the process of a complete exterior renovation which included our exterior doors. They will be getting electronic locks put back on them once the exterior work is done. For security we are staffed 24/7 and we have cameras monitoring all access points. We do hope you give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services.

the hot tub was a very nice temperature. breakfast buffet was good. had a packet of sugar free hot chocolate that was very good only to find it was the last one and probably wouldn't be reordered. what i didn't like was the fact that none of the outside doors were secured, which i felt was very unsafe in the present environment.

Do not let the outside appearance foom you. This hotel is a hidden gem! Right from the start the process was perfect, I had to inquire about a pet fee last minute and they took care of it with zero hesitation and offered my family a convenient room near an exit to take the puppy outside faster. Continental breakfast is also included-with plenty of options. All employees were friendly and attentive! I'd easily stay here again.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. It is very dependable as to condition and staff. Check in was easy, Seth was helpful, and the room was fine. Great shower, good bed - what more do you need? Oh yeah, nice hot tub.

This Wyndham La Quinta has a number of great things going for it. At the top of the list is their customer service. Staff including Sarah, Kyle, Seth and Crystal helped with various requests both beforehand and during our 4 day stay wih smiles and warmth. Other pluses are hot breakfast choices, pool and location convenient to freeway, good restaurants, gas, groceries and even a nice Target store. We had no complaints for our stay which had a good price value in this area.

The hotel is under renovation, and we could tell parts were a bit outdated. The bathroom had a mildewy smell, so we had to keep the door shut, even when not in use, also the bedspreads were stained

This property was in the middle of demolition and renovation. There was debris outside of the building that we had to walk over and the side door was not able to lock due to the renovations around the door frame. We also woke to workers banging outside of our windows in the morning. I would have expected to receive a notification before booking to notify us that it may be unsafe and loud from the demolition and construction work.
