No secure WiFi caused major problems on company server next day. Breakfast staff never showed up so no breakfast.

I apologize for the wifi going down, our server went down to all of the hotels. There are times that things happen that are just completely out of our control. The wifi thankfully did get up and running within 24 hours. The breakfast was served, it is out at 6am on the weekdays and 7am on the weekends. We only have a breakfast attendant if we have 25 or more rooms, otherwise myself or a member of the staff does breakfast.
Myself and my staff hope that you will give us a try again, the wifi issue was totally out of our control, but has been repaired and is running smoothly.
We hope that you were able to enjoy some of our warm weather while you were here.
