“The room was clean, the lobby is always stocked with coffee/tea/hot chocolate supplies and the breakfast is consistently good. I love that they have ice machines on each floor which is very handy. This time when I checked in the key that I was given didn't open my door so I had to go back down to the front desk with my luggage to get a new key. That was very inconvenient! “Had a good check in experience. Got to our room and someone brought us towels which was unusual. The bathroom sink and rug in bedroom/desk area were dirty and not clean. After 15 minutes we pulled down the bed spread and the sheets were also dirty. Called front desk and a housekeeper came to our room and snapped at us that she had cleaned the room. She went down to the front desk to complain and my husband caught her accusing us of creating the filth. Luckily Shana who just got on duty came……
