You get what you pay for.

Mattress was horrible. One of the bedside lamps didn't work even after putting in a new lightbulb. Room was stuffy. Staff very cordial.

In this case, you get "less" then you pay for

Walked into my room and instantly smelled musty basement. It smelled as though it had been in a flood and air dried. The bed was unmaid and look as though somebody had just slept in it. Garbage was full of garbage, both room and bathroom. I brought my own sheets and pillows which I slept on. Top of the closet/chest was really dusty and the carpet needed vacuuming. Will never stay at that chain of hotels again!!! I dont care how cheap it was. I'm sorry but people who give that hotel a rating above a 1, need to higher their standards a bit. The only positive thing that I can say was that the air conditioner worked which I ran constantly to help ventilate the room.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you had with one specific room. No body should sleep in a room that was not found cleaned, not sure why a front desk person was not notified. Our staff would gladly have offered you a different room.

All our rooms are non smoking. Unfortunately, it is not in our control if a guest still decides to smoke in the room. We will work hard with our cleaning staff to make sure they report us so we can fine the guest and have the room cleaned accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience you had and thank you for letting us know.

Short Driving distance to town

Pros: Short drive from the river and shopping.
Good value for money. The wifi in room didn't work had connection in lobby. The beds were serviceable but not really comfortable.
