The hotel itself was ok and clean but the price was ridiculous and the free breakfast was the worst i have ever seen. You shouldn’t even advertise that!

Our staff are dedicated to providing a clean, safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. We are dismayed you didn't enjoy our breakfast. We actually provide more breakfast options than we are required as an economy hotel. We offer pancakes, bagels, muffins, hot and cold cereals, granola bars, juices and coffee for our guests. If you should need anything during your stay, please contact any of our staff for assistance.

It was eh!
The room was less than comfortable. 1 chair, general lighting at ceiling and a wall but no table lamps. All bulbs seemed to be fluorescent and not warm at all. Just a little less than what I expected. The rooms need a upgrade.

Hotel was clean enough. There was a computer issue upon check-in, but night manager resolved it well enough. First room we got had a broken card reader on the door. Was given a second room. It was fine. Had to have my cards redone at least three times. That said, staff were courteous and it was clean enough. Would stay here again if I had to.

The bed sunk and felt like springs were broken. No mini fridge no microwave in the room. Ice bucket leaked. No ice machine on my floor I had to go to third floor or first floor. Very little interaction from the staff

Do not stay here if you would like air conditioning! All the main areas of hotel (hallways, breakfast, lobby) do not have air conditioning as of noon today 8/22/23. When we checked in at 3pm yesterday, on the hottest day of the year, it was miserable. The front desk person swore that the room AC units were at least working. Ours was for a couple hours and then either broke or was regulated and shut down. Front desk staff at midnight and 3am had nothing to offer other than waking up my kids at 3 am and moving to another floor- which was not an option because our room was full of soaking wet clothes trying to air dry because their dryers didn’t work either after loading all the coins in. This hotel is for sale and so there is no plans for repairs as I was told- so probably best just to avoid it all together which is sad because it was clean,updated, had a decent pool and in a great location. We had planned to stay two nights, just for a in town staycation and to use the pool. Needless to stay we checked out at noon. It was ROUGH.

We stay at Microtel a lot across the country. This one had some noticeable disrepair. A fire door on one stairwell had no latch for our floor. The air conditioning for the 2nd floor hallway was not working. Our room had some furniture and cabinet disrepair as well. Breakfast was not what we’ve come to expect from Microtel. Mostly lacking was hot breakfast options. Instant oatmeal and a pancake maker. So much for the disappointing. The good was that our room was comfortable and had good AC. The pool looked inviting but we did not use it. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was good. Lots of nearby establishments for food & sundries.

The property and staff was wonderful. Wasn’t impressed that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the lobby or the hallways. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast.

Unless you want to sweat, stay away! Horrible!
This hotel is run down and the air conditioning did not work in our room. When I asked if there was something that could be done with it I was told the hotel was up for sale and the current owner was not willing to make any repairs to the facility. I was told other rooms were experiencing the same thing and it would be no better in other rooms. While I was there I heard at least five other people complaining about how hot the room was. In addition, the beds are completely worn out. We left the facility and went to another hotel for the balance of my stay. I have stayed here before so I know this is a complete departure from prior stays. The people were nice at the front desk but were also sweating. The lobby was cooler than my room but still unbearable. Horrible condition!!!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in locks on the doors didn’t work acs in three different rooms didn’t work they end up giving us box fans I will never be back and I’ll tell anybody I can how bad that place was

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I took the stairs as I don't like elevators and the stairwell had trash in it and it didn't look like the carpet had been swept in a bit.

The room is ok. There are flies and food flies in the room. You can hear flies flying by after light is off. And dead food flies are all over the window. There are flies in the breakfast area too. There aren't many selections for breakfast in the morning. Over all, it's a ok hotel.

First, the breakfast was excellent. No eggs, but lots of other good things. But, in the room, there was only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for two people. True for the room my friends had as well. Also, they asked for an extra pillow and we’re told the hotel had none. Really? A hotel no spare pillows? In our room, there was a plastic bag over something on our ceiling, probably the smoke detector! But it was super convenient for an OSU graduation, so I guess we’d stay there again.

Angela, we are happy you like our breakfast offerings. I do apologize for the towel issue, as I had explained to other guests, we were experiencing equipment failure in our laundry room, hence towel shortage. We do hope you will stay with us again.
