This hotel staff's customer service skill was horrific. She claimed the reservation was incorrectly made for a smoker's room and she was unwilling to change. Mind you the entire hotel was vacant.

It was scary when u can only get in 1st set of doors to check in and only opening was to slide paper in after signing it. The main doors are only open during breakfast hrs. Outside entrances to rooms. We walked to get food and it seemed safe enough.

Old facility. Not maintained. Loose outdoor steps to second floor. Noisy. Air conditioner was too loud to use all night. Included breakfast was a joke. Just a couple prepackaged items and the worst coffee I’ve ever tried.

The room I was in sheets were stained and looked dirty, curtains had cigarette burns in them, bathroom door, had a big hole in it, and the door guard or deadbolt was broken so I couldn’t lock the door properly. I called to let the front desk know was not offered another room on top of that while I was asleep housekeeping came around, not on the door. I did not answer yet, because I was asleep, so they proceeded to unlock the door to come in, I most definitely did not like that. It felt unsafe.

I didn’t expect the cheapness of the room that we encountered. There were burns in the bedspread in the non-smoking room. The shower was a trickle, and when I tried to turn it off, I had to engage the faucet into the gasket to make it connect to turn it, right, off. The deadbolt worked, but there was no additional security lock that was not broken. Left me feeling unsettled after walking into the lobby and finding the staff behind bulletproof glass. Don’t let the outside of this building fool you.

There were no roaches, bed bugs crawling out the woodwork. The beds were made. The kitchen and bathroom were pretty clean. Work table area was clean. Didn't feel discriminated. The stay served it's purpose.

Gross, dirty, and definitely unsafe. The initial room the staff tried to give us had the door open to the outside with the light on. All the paint was peeling off the front door. Didn’t even get out of the car to look at is as it was unsafe. Went back to the office to see about getting a different room. Looked at a different room and didn’t even stay the night there. Complete waste of money. Drove another hour down the road to a place where we felt safer, the room was clean, and was basically the same price.

The property was co conveniently, located, near interstate, shopping and dining. The hotel also had a convenient breakfast option the dislikes the hotel did not have a late check out, and the quality cleaning of the room was very poor.

Not extremely dirty but very worn. Top door lock coming out of door. Door broken to bathroom, coming out of door frame. Drawer on nightstand was coming apart. Paint was coming off wall. Floor could have used some scrub down. Only decaf coffee.

Was very unhappy with the room. Carpet was filthy plus all the other areas were unclean. Condition of room decoration etc was awful. Breakfast was bad as most of the food & milk was not available until we asked. Would not stay at any of your properties again and also will tell all my family & friends not to use you.

Worst motel we’ve ever stayed in!!!
We are generally not picky, but this place was bad. The first room we got had a bathroom light that didn’t work, maybe because it was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Neither did the desk lamp. So we got a new room. The sink was partially clogged so drained very slowly. There was no doorknob on the bathroom door. The bowed shower curtain was loose & hung down to the middle so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed on the ends. We used most of our towels to soak up the water on the floor. There was a refrigerator in the room but it didn’t work. But that’s ok. Since we killed a couple of roaches we really didn’t have much of an appetite that night. I woke up with red itchy spots on my arm but who knows what that was from.

Super 8's aren't like they use to be
Honestly this isn't the best hotel. It's best for those on a budget. Room was moderately clean and my mirror had a crack in it. Shower was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Nice size television and loads of channels to enjoy. This Super 8 seems to be turning into a hotel for people who don't have homes at the moment. Staff was nice and I wish them well, but I'll doubt I'll be back unless of an emergency.

This property was awful, it is clearly not being maintained, nor are there any set standards! In 5 nights there, my room was not cleaned once. I was told the room is cleaned once a week, but you can request a clean 24hours in advance. Did that - made no difference! On initial check in I was given a key to a room that someone was already in, moved to another room and it was as though they didn't even bother to clean it, the water wasn't draining out the sink. Finally got a semi-decent room, the comforters were full of holes from cigarette burns, the windowsills had dead bugs in it. The corridors, the stairs, the doors to the rooms - clearly not being cleaned, painted, scrubbed - NOTHING!

Door to room was had dents in it like someone was trying to kick in the door. The wall was damaged in the room and someone tried to fix it but it shows they didn’t know what they were doing. Only one wash cloth and towel in the room. Alot of noise and people hanging out in the parking lot. This place is terrible.

They couldn’t provide a clean room. Switched rooms immediately, tried to cope with the second room for a while and finally decided it wasn’t worth going home with bedbugs. The staff was incredibly rude about it, rolled their eyes and refused to give a refund even though I hadn’t even pulled back the bedsheets or been there more than 20 minutes. Got a room at the Microtel right around the corner which was immaculate, but I’m out over $200 to that disgusting Super 8. I’m used to cheap/poorly cleaned hotels, but there’s a limit. I’ll be contesting the charges.

The check in was not good. You have to use a kiosk & then it takes a long time to get the room key . After having problems a guy in the back room came out and & he said a maid would let us in to the room. So then maybe 10 minutes later the guy from the back room gave us a key . I personally don’t like no one at the front desk it felt not friendly or welcoming. Everything else was great

the air said it was set at 60 but it barely blew. then it was super late and tried to make do but we couldnt sleep because it was hot and no air was circulating. we were there less then two hrs, tried to get a refund and they refused. we also found a bloody ace bandage woth something on it under edge of the bed and were told it could be ours and nothing they could do. i have NEVER been to a hotel this gross and rude before

I arrived at the hotel around 10pm. The outside appearance was the first red flag! There were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. While getting checked in, the clerk tells me the pool isn't working (second red flag) We grabbed our bags and went upstairs, there were a few young folks hanging outside the room door smoking. The smell was terrible. After entering the room, the room was DISGUSTING. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months! I walked in the bathroom and there wasn't a full roll of tissue or an extra roll. The tub, toilet, and sink was so freaking nasty. I pulled the covers back on the bed.....it looked as if someone had slept in them and the top cover had been pulled back neatly. There was hair and stains EVERYWHERE. YUCK! The floors where literally black with trash on the floor. As I was looking around, a freaking Roach came from behind the dresser! I went downstairs to request a refund. She gave me the manager's info and asked that I come back in the morning to have my refund issued back to me. I went back the next morning and there were 2 ladies working. I stood there probably 10 minutes before they acknowledged me because Angela (I think that was her name) was fussing and being VERY rude to the other employee. Finally, I explained to her why I was there. She proceeded to be rude to me as well but I corrected her quickly. She refused to give me authorization of my refund and stated for me not to come back! Trashy and nasty hotel! Garbage
