Nice clean except dirty shower

Recent stay

I recently stayed at thus hotel for my daughters graduation and I wanted to be near the family. The customer service was ok with the exception of the front desk clerk telling me where the trash can eas so I can take out my own trash because when arrived back at 10:30 pm no ine came to clean the room. She tried to ask how many days I was staying I asked you clean rooms based on days oeiple stay she said no so I asked why no ine came to clean she tried to blame it on staff calling in but the front desk clerk from check in already told me they were using a new company until their original staff gets bacj from vacation when we had to change rooms at check in because our bathtub and sheets were dirty. The "continental breakfast" is all microwavable food. I paid the same as other hotels with real breakfast. And I also don't like the fact that they make a copy of your credit card. If it hadn't been late when I checked in I would've stayed somewhere else. Seemed like other guest near us lived there too.

The room was decent, a little better than a typical Super 8. The bed was the best part. Some negatives include the website advertising fold away beds but not actually having them. Also, the breakfast was minimal. I feel the price was too high and hotel taxes in Stockbridge is ridiculous.

Older property. Good price. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was simple...mostly heat in micro items, fresh coffee, milk, etc.

All of our rooms feature 50 inch High Def flat screen TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, new carpet, and so much more. I am glad that you had time to try our free SuperStart breakfast and we hear you. Stayed in a room that had bee bugs

Had a terriable stay got bit by bed bugs and got bit every where having a terriable week
