Good Location, comfortable beds, friendly staff
The hotel is in a good location on Sveavagen, one of the main roads in Stockholm. The Old Town and Central station are about a 20 minute walk. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants and a metro station nearby. Staff were friendly and helpul and there was a good buffet breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Some of the rooms are a but small, and some of the floors are below ground, with no windows which may not be attractive for everybody.

They moved me to a much bigger room due to me wanting ac..I was upgraded to apartment with no extra fees.. The staff , housekeepung ,food was absplutely wonderful. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Staff very helpful in what bus or subway should be used. They allowed us to sleep after our arrival & updated our room to one with a kitchen-net. Breakfasts were awesome, & all staff friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Stockholm!

The hotel room we were given was extremely small, probably about 20 square feet with no window! If you open up the sofa bed, there is absolutely no room for luggage. The reception area is very unwelcoming; we missed it twice thinking it was a bar not a reception area. The staff member was too new to welcome guests. And you have to walk through the kitchen and towel area to get to the rooms. Fortunately they refunded us and we seek lodging somewhere else.
