Amazing location for a Stockholm mini break as right next to the Arlanda train stop Brilliant staff Great pool and hot tub facilities on site perfect way to finish a day after spending a day out in the cold Some building work was taking place but didn’t impact our stay Nice restaurants on site and short walk into town

Shower drain was blocked and even after asking to fix, nothing was done. Curtains broken, unable to close (privacy and light issues). Cleaning was poor. seems that they just make the beds and nothing more. No hand soap in the last day. Unable to adjust the temperature of the room as there is no indication of it.

Stylish hotel, but ac in rooms poor
The hotel was stylish and general design was excellent and quality was good. However the temperature control / air conditioning was very poor in the room. Meaning temperature was always too high.

We couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Staff were amazing, breakfast was fantastic and comfortable bed. Great position for amenities, transport and sightseeing.

The hotel property was nice but the unadvertised charge to use the pool and extremely loud music that kept us awake until midnight soured the experience.

It was a good hotel, just outside the Central Station and as such had an excellent location. We had to change rooms during our stay and was told to do this as quickly as possible which was less than ideal or convenient. This was due to the air conditioning not working and our room temperature was 29 degrees!

Clean hotel, with great location
Lovely hotel and great staff! we had an issue checking in at 3am where they had given away our room! We were left with no room after travelling 12hrs in the middle of the night! They gave us a room in their hotel next door but we asked the staff to take us! and one replied "you don't get to tell me what to do in my job" at which point, the security guard took us! he said he has sisters so understands! New city, and 3am for 2 girls isn't ideal situation to go hunting for their other hotel. they offered us breakfast for the whole stay as a sorry but it was a harsh way to start the trip! we headed back to this hotel the next morning! Hotel is clean, and nice staff otherwise and food was tasty!

A little disappointing
OK - had booked the hotel specifically because it had a pool - it was a bit more expensive than some but we thought the pool would make up for the additional expense. They wanted to charge not an insignificant amount to use the pool. I am sure it will be in the fine print somewhere. The bath/shower combined with liquid shower gel make it very very slippery - no bath mat or traction in the bath. May advice would be to stay in the Scandic Continental across the road - almost the same location but with a roof top bar with a view of the city

Don’t miss the breakfast!
Great girls get away with my sister and niece. The junior suite comfortably fits 3 adults. And the breakfast was so so so good.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Really appreciated the care they took in making sure our 3 am driver to the airport was legitimate. Area around the hotel is safe during the day but less so at night.
