Enjoy a quiet stay in our small-town cottage. Our cottage is located in an established neighborhood in the quiet town of Escalon. Pet & animal friendly. The cottage is approximately 800 sf. Newly updated flooring, paint, and furniture. We offer a queen bed in the bedroom and newly updated bathroom with shower/toilet. Free Wifi, self-check in, & essentials included. The cottage is walking distance from dining & Starbucks. The space is very cozy, completely fenced in, private and secluded. It is situated behind our larger home which is also available for rent. Short term essentials provided. We offer an apartment size washer & dryer free of charge. We also can accommodate traveling health care workers. The cottage is located approximately 80 miles from both San Francisco & Yosemite. We are approximately 9 miles from Kaiser in Modesto. Ring Security cameras on property located in driveway and side of house. Recording audio/video motion 24/7. Recording will take place during entire stay.

Great stay.
The experience was good, we have stayed in many temporary locations, this was one of the better places. Communication was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. With the temperatures rising, AC would have been nice.

Vanessa's property was perfect our needs - clean, spacious, and fenced in yard for our dog. Vanessa has made some nice updates throughout. The green space is large, with mature fruit trees that are beautiful. The only suggestion I have is slightly more prominent signage, as the street is pretty dark at night, which made locating the side gate a bit difficult. Overall, Vanessa was a very communicative host and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
