Its a room. In Stockton. Enough said.

Probably the best in Stockton next to Hilton..but it's Stockton. Lots of tournament guest so always lots of people everywhere. The pics are deceptive. The market is a refrigerator with drinks. No gift shop. The cafe is only open mornings and at night till 10..The lady who runs it could not be sweeter though. Lobby is nice, rooms are clean. If staying because you have too this is the place.

Clean comfortable and convenient

It was quiet and clean and comfortable couldn't ask for more from a last minute booking late on a Friday night. The food downstairs isn't much to write home about but it's convenient.

Good hotel.

Everything was good. The elevator stopped working the night before we checked out. Wasn't too bad because we stayed on the second floor.

Answer to Prayer

We needed a place at the last minute, had to evacuate from our house a fire was headed our way. After calling all Hotels we like in our area all full...we finally found a room at the Stockton Courtyard by Marriotts. We had to travel an hour and a half but we were so happy to get a room and very happy with our stay and the bed was out of this world. Staff is extremely accomodating and friendly. God Bless You All. Thank you for making a stressful time to a stress free time. Also, prayer and fire fighters saved Our House that night.

close to the location I needed for a family party.

Pros: location and clean
Cons: noise from the room next to us was loud.
The location was good for me. The hotel was within walking distance to a family function.

Quiet, lovely & convenient location with walking areas near. You need earplugs to put up with the AC nighttime noise.

Nice enough Motel in good area.

Nice enough Motel....nice area in Stockton....when assessing it for value, one needs to take into account that breakfast is not included in the price for a stay, which is quite unusual nowadays.

Highly Recommend Families Stay Here

My family of four flew in town to visit extended family in Stockton. My spouse and I traveled with an infant and a toddler. Clean crib was provided in our room. Small commissary in lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a restaurant called the Bistro. The Bistro staff was very accommodating with our food orders, especially the kid orders. Breakfast was good and they served various kinds of Starbucks coffee! Operations Manager Ms. Morrison was super nice and accommodating. We received a late check out too, which was very helpful given our flight plans. There were many restaurants within half a mile (IHOP, Starbucks, Old Spaghetti Factory, AppleBees, In and Out Burger, Olive Garden, Dave Wongs, El Torito, Jamba Juice, Arroyo's Cafe, and Chick Filet. Clean and modern lobby area. Clean rooms. This is the third time we've stayed at this location and it's our preferred hotel to stay when visiting Stockton.

Just an Ok Stay

Our stay was ok. Not as great because they don't offer breakfast, and I also found a dead spider in my bed sheets which I was not too happy about. The price was a little expensive for the area, but I guess it wasn't too too bad.
