Always Comfortable

Cons: Parking lot can get full if there is a big convention going on.
Arrived early and was able to check in with no issues. Jaime at the front desk was helpful and her customer service went above and beyond. Stayed at this Hilton many times and I am never disappointed.

It's nice to stay here at the Hilton. Very well kept up rooms and it has a Starbucks!

Check in problems

Cons: More housekeeping staff and better communication when there is a delay in room readiness
We requested early check in at 2PM due to a wedding at 4. By 3:00 the person who registered us and said "15 more minutes" had disappeared, there was one person registering guests, and there were 15 people in line. We had to change for the wedding in a bathroom. When we came back to the hotel at 9, the manager was apologetic and gave us a room discount. We won't return to this hotel though.

Amazing, luxury, clean wonderful ammenities, staff

The design of the building is great, restaurant good reasonable and delicious, executive lounge is amazing, snacks, quiet place to sit and talk , breakfast all wonderful. I will be back again and again the desk clerk want above and beyond for us in everything ilona I think her name was.

I arrived at my hotel to find that, according to Hilton, I had no reservation. According to Expedia I did have a reservation. Both companies refused to take responsibility. So, even though I made my reservation well in advance and paid for the room up front, I arrived in town and had no place to stay. Needless to say, I will not be using either company again as they cannot be trusted to do what they are paid to do. Luckily I was not to far from home. This would have been catastrophic if i had been going out of state or out of the country. Again, neither Expedia or Hilton would admit their mistake or even apologize.

Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful at directing us to dinner as well as accomadateing us very early in the morning breakfast that we had to take to-go! The gal at the Starbucks inside hostel even had our coffee ready quickly! very good experience!

Rough check-in

Not usually the type to check in early, but tried to check in 30 minutes early on Sat of labor day weekend. Room was not ready over an hour past the 3pm check-in time. Front desk staff changed at 3 pm and outgoing shift was unwilling to assist with check-in and new shift, while eager to assist, was equally ineffective at providing a room anywhere close to check-in time. Hotel has insufficient parking during events in conference rooms that are otherwise unknown to guests not attending. Hotel is clean and good value relative to others in the area, but will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, centrally located

They are walking distance from many different restaurants,shops etc... staff were very nice. I had to move rooms and they upgraded me for my trouble of having to move without me having to ask. Both bartenders in their sports bar are incredibly friendly. I felt very welcome at this hotel.

Great location

Pros: Nearby restaurants and shopping.
Cons: The room need some updating, like the carpet.
It was pleasant. I enjoy the hotel it was close to the interstate as well as restaurants.
