Not good at all

Ready for its remodel.

Cons: Shut it down until the remodel is complete.
Location: We stayed one night on our way south to L.A.
We were told when we went to check in that the Hotel was soon to be shut down for a complete remodel. The woman at the desk saw we were reluctant to check in because of the condition of the lobby and offered to show us the rooms first (we had two families). The rooms were no better than okay on first glance, but we had kids and did not want to go looking further. After checking in we found that one room had no towels and the other the sheets had hair and some unidentifiable gunk on them. I went down to the desk and the woman working there (who was very nice, apologetic, and did her very best) told us that the housekeeper had gone home but she would get sheets. It took a long time and two trips down to the lobby because the woman at the desk was checking other people in and could not leave the desk. The kids were not allowed to go to bed because of the condition of the sheets. Finally, she brought up one set of sheets that were the wrong size and there were two beds. She got another set (neither sheet was fitted) and my daughters made their own beds. There were other issues like no phone in one room, no working smoke detector in the other, etc. The staff did their very best but the hotel should not have been renting rooms.

This place sucks

The picture is misleading. This place is horriblefrom top to bottom. Dirty rooms, no amentities, what breakfast as for cable and wifi good luck. Stay somewhere else

We do offer and honor our free continental breakfast every morning. Unfortunately due to bad weather conditions we have been experiencing poor Wi-Fi service which we are working to improve. Once again we are sorry your experience was less than great.

Warning Don't look for lowest price national name

The location was fine. The employee at check in was fine. The facility was horrible. My wife, daughter and I paid for a "suite" with Queen bed and pull out couch bed. The pull out couch bed was stained torn and came with no sheets. Too tired to deal with it the three of us slept in one bed. The toilet seat was broken and ther was no TP holder. The shower curtain and bathroom floor were stained. The safety security latch inside the door was broken off so we placed an end table in front of the door. There was obvious visible dust and dirt in all corners. The continental breakfast area looked like room 1 converted to a breakfast nook. We didn't feel comfortable eating anything. Middle of night awakened by numerous motorcycles outside and ambulance outside in lot or next door.

Out of 8-9 wifis NONE WORKED properly!! That was annoying. Had to stand in different areas in the room for it to work for a good 3 mins. Huge hole in the ceiling near the sink. Definitely needs some work done. But staff was helpful.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The picture on their site of the exterior and the palm trees is the nicest thing about this motel.

FILTHY ROTTING HOTEL!

When we arrived we noticed it was close to the arena and across the street from the marina and then we got into the room. The room looks like it should have been condemned. There are holes in the carpet hole in the sink, and there was a giant panel missing outside of the bathroom in the ceiling. The television in the room was easily from the 1980s and the reception was terrible. The room smelled weird. Like old musty disgusting rot. We only stayed because we were from out of town and unfamiliar with the area as well as we had tickets to an event so we didn't have time to change hotels. I would definitely say the two star rating is extremely generous and I would recommend anyone and everyone stay in their cars before staying in this hotel.

Don’t stay here!!!!

This was the most horrendous stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I thought they would have improved on the last time I stayed, and boy was I wrong. It was dirty, it smelled, the tv had 3 channels, and the remote didn’t even work for the TV. Even the soap and lotion was dirty. The agent at the desk seemed unphased by the condition of the room. I checked out after only 2 hours there. I was supposed to receive a refund that never came. I’ll never stay here again!!!! Worst stay I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend it.

Bad hotel, very bad!

Cons: Facility! Put some money to make it work and look nicer!
The whole facility is in terrible condition. The door lock even does not work except the funny beep sound. It is a joke! Never come back again.
