I didn't get any sleep, I was kept up all night from all the drug addicts. There was dog poop and pee in a lot of areas, the room smells bad, the bed was hard, the remote was sticky, it was not a pleasant stay.

So my husband and I booked a non-smoking room. We were on the first floor and when we e walked in, it smelt like someone smoked a whole pack in there. Not only that, but the shower rod was broke and they used a zip tie to put it back…..the table also had stuff all over it. we requested a new room and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. She had said the cleaning ladies don’t say anything when things break so she had no idea. She gave us a new room upstairs and it was way cleaner and didn’t smell of smoke. Another thing that was a bit annoying was the hot tub was broken. The lady said it had been broken for a while and that no one has gotten on top of fixing it. Just really sad that things weren’t up to par. Other than that, stay was fine. Be watchful though, we discovered once we left that someone had siphoned some gas out of our truck overnight.

The room was clean the area had everything we needed. The only complaint I had was, our room smelled of dog urine and the area where we are suppose to take our dog to do their business was full of old and new dog poop. Heavy urine smell. What’s unfortunate is that ot is the front of the property, makes the property look bad.

Therebwas mobile homes on the property which seemed to hVe moved in. There was whole in our curtain that seemed to be caused by cigarette. One of the ladies with long nails (she was missing some) was a little rude and had an attitude. The other lady hopped in and helped and made things better.

the toilet kept making noise all day and night as if it was flushing which I did not like. Also the toilet seat and sink were dirty. I did like very much that its near many fast food and convenient stores.

I loved the air conditioning & the staff was great. Room not so much ~ curtains were falling apart - patched holes in walls, sink had cracks & toilet seat was stained & burn marks. Also no closet or hangers. The worst part was the rock hard bed and the FLIES!!! Also room next door sounded like a crack party every night.

Toilet was clogged, floors were not clean, beds very uncomfortable. There was a group of men outside drinking and playing loud music until after 9pm. In the morning their garbage was all over the parking lot. We asked for a different room and were told none available. Won't make that mistake again.
