The beds were comfortable but the carpet tiles seem to be loose in places. There was candy wrapper from the previous person on the floor so I do not know if the floor was vacuumed properly. The staff on the whole and the breakfast was very good.

Location: Stone Mountain Park is a must. We ate at the Hibachi / Sushi: highly recommend it.
All the employees were welcoming and kind. Breakfast bar was exceptional. 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Stone Mountain.

Bed is hard. Room and staff were ok. Everyone smokes weed apparently. Had to complain 2 times to management about the smell being all in the Hall ways and in my room as well. Also signs in the bathrooms about it being a high sex trafficking area. Overall just ok but will likely not be back.

Room cleanliness has been an issue each time we have stayed here. This time we found hair in and on top of bed also in bathroom. But the worst was that upon arrival we were given a key to an already occupied room! Thank goodness they weren’t in the bed! I cannot recommended this Hampton.

The hotel itself was ok. There were some deferred maintenance items around the hotel, but overall it was neat and clean. The best part was the staff! The front desk was super nice and very accommodating, the staff at breakfast was very attentive and helpful. I would stay again just because of how wonderful they were.

My family arrived at 4 p.m. on 12/30/17 after a six-hour drive. Normal check in starts at 3 p.m. when we arrived the front desk staff told us that the rooms were not ready and it would take about 30-45min. We came back right around 4:45 and we're told the rooms were still not ready. This time we were told about 30 more minutes . There were several other guests waiting as well. We sat there until almost 6:30 and not once did the front desk staff come up to any of us to give us an update, offer anything to drink or even eat, nor offer apologies. We were afraid to leave for food because we didn't want to lose our place in line for a room and end up waiting another 2hrs. When we finally got checked in they didn't offer an apology, they just thanked us for our patience. I understand that this is the busy season but customer service should always come first and updates, apologies and some sort of compensation would have gone a long way. Completely unacceptable customer service. We saw two housekeepers on the elevator. They mentioned how short staff they were and they had been working straight through trying to get the rooms ready. They were the only ones that apologized for our delay and we thank them Positives: rooms were nice. This hotel is a great location because it is near many restaurants and also close to Stone Mountain which is the main reason why we chose this hotel. Poorly run front desk. We won't be back.

The front desk staff was by far the worst experience of our trip. We had to wait over two hours to check into our room. The were less then informative, rude and billed the wrong credit card which caused all sorts of problems. They never once apologized, very entitled, on their phones and truly lack customer service. All the pillows in our rooms were awful.

It all stared when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our rooms are not ready and it would be 30 to 40 mins. Which I totally understand with the busy weekend being New Years but we ended up waiting 4 hours and there were a few other family’s in the same situation. The front desk personel where not accommodating and not telling us the truth on what was going on. There were issues with the rooms keys and not working at all throughout the hotel. The elevator was broken for a few hours and could only be used when someone was coming down. Our room had one roll of toilet paper for a family of four and when called to get another they had to call back to see if they had more, Then they told us to come down and get it. Never apologetic on any of these situations or even recognized that this wasn’t how the Hilton family of hotels was of taking care of there guest. Overall not very welcoming of the guest arriving at the hotel.
