"This is a really lovely hotel - nicer even than the pictures show. Everything feels very luxurious, spacious and well thought-out. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is great, fantastic shower. There are lots of beautiful spaces to have a drink or relax. The breakfast was great, especially the bread cooked in the geyser! Plus, it really couldn't be more convenient for the geyser - it's literally over the road. "

"This hotel was awesome. I loved how clean the rooms were, the slippers, robes, and hot tub. It was very comfortable, and cozy. Also, loved the mini fridge and free continental breakfast. Amazing spread of all kinds of food. "

"Had much higher expectations. A few specific disappointments where : no window covering on bathroom window. Another guest quite possibly saw our bathroom being used. Top observation area had a smell that was not pleasant at all. Scenery of surrounding buildings not pleasing to look at. Had rain, and stairs where slippery, and no lighting for walkway leading to stairs for tower and no lighting for parking area. Whil faculty did have refrigerator, it was unplugged when we arrived and did not chill our items while we stayed. Not an aweful experience, but not a wonderful experience we were looking forward to. Disappointed and would not stay again."
