"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "This is a lovely small hotel and restaurant run by a lovely couple. The setting is like something out of a story book. From our room we could hear the soothing sound of the fountain and the church bells ringing from the nearby bell tower. The bed was comfy. There is a nice breakfast in the morning for hotel guests. Horgen is a quaint and quiet little town. You can easily purchase tickets to Horgen from the airport and train station. So getting there is no problem. We took the ferry boat back...
