We had a great stay at the hotel! The manager, Only, was so very accommodating and nice! The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot!

They welcomed my dog and provided him with a couple treats and a toy very friendly. They scheduled us very close to the back door it was easy access to get the dog in and out

There was NO Hotwater in our room. So after a full day of driving - we got ice cold showers. We had a room at the end of the hallway and the door is super loud and slammed shut all night long creating a non-sleeping room due to the loud slams. The room was super clean.

The back door didn’t latch shut. The air conditioner in the room sucked, the breakfast wasn’t great. I didn’t see a high chair for my toddler so I held her but the dining room was small anyway so I was glad to not take up more space then necessary. Just inconvenient for me. There wasn’t an elevator that I knew of so that also sucked to carry up luggage, a baby and a pack and play.

The building was outdated. Breakfast sausage was not good and there was no fruit, muffin was old and dry. Pool closed . General feeling of being a sketchy environment.

Our doorhandle to our room was broken. Our hotel room smelled musty and smoky. The bathroom bathtub shower was filthy. On Sunday morning we go down to eat breakfast at seven and there was no hot food. The back door to get into the building didn’t even lock. And the front desk gave another family our key to our room and they came in to our room.

Hotel employee coming into room at 1:30 a.m. No idea why. No coffee, no cups, no plates, little food for breakfast. No shampoo in bottle. Took long time to check in due to computer or staff issues - unsure of cause. Printer didn't work at checkout. So unprepared to provide routine services such as the breakfast. Understaffed??

Ms. Karen, we extremely apologize for the mix up that happen with the ambassador going into your room. The ambassador went into your room to do a security check. Your family called the hotel about you and was concerned. With the computers and printers running slow, it was a system glitch and the ambassador explained that they apologize numerous of times. Since then, we have updated our system to work fasters and more efficient. Asking for extra toiletries is never a problem. Accommodating the guest is our first priority. We were training new front desk staff at the time to get you the best possible service when you come back to see us.

Multiple doors do not safely lock!
The staff was friendly, sheets were clean, bedding looked newish, and showers had good pressure. The rooms had an odor in them that was a bit much when you first walked in. The big problem was that you could break in to most of the rooms on the first floor in about 2 seconds due to the door jams being off. I showed the management team and they moved me to another room which was the exact same way. The third room finally was a bit more secure. Definitely a problem that needs to be addressed.

Thank you for the review Matt, I hope you won your bike race. As I told you before, we have a 40,000 camera system in place with facial, car, license plate recognition. Which is why security has never been an issue at our hotel. See you at the next race.

Location & rates were Ok. The room was clean and bedding was super clean. THESE are important for us. Room was a bit small and breakfast room also a bit small (could rearrange tables to address this??). I recommend the place for short stays and budget concious people. The breakfast is a plus, otherwise you would be spending an additional $10-$15/person somewhere else.

First few minutes in the room i had to repair the toilet that wasnt flushing. I noticed the smoke detector which is basic safety equipment was covered with a plastic bag. Saturday morning we went down to the breakfast bar and saw small ants crawling on the floor, the windowsil adjacent to the food counter, and on the utensils used for serving food. Contacted another local hotel and booked a stay for Saturday night and we packed up and left.

Thank you for your review, Mr. Nicholas. Guest should never have to do any Maintenace work when they are supposed to be enjoying their stay and for that we do apologize. We do have on-call Maintenace for these types of issues. Letting the front desk know would have allowed us to accommodate you in the best way. We apologize that breakfast was unsatisfactory and that you encountered ants. We have someone in every month or so to spray the hotel so bugs of any kind are less likely to be around.

We were in town for a special event and booked the room the day before arriving at double the price. the day we arrived there were rooms available on Expedia for half what we paid. the pool is closed, drained and used as a storage room. the toilet in our room (204) refilled ever hour, the tank has a leak. when the refrigerator kicked in, it sounded like a plane taking off. staff was friendly & room was clean. Just so overpriced, taking advantage of guest to their town.

Thank you for your feed back. We do apologize for any issues you had with our hotel. When you brought the broken A/C unit to our attention we offered to move you to another room and you declined. When you asked for a fan, we gave you a heater that had a fan setting on it. After you were not pleased with the fan, we changed your A/C unit at 11pm at within 10 minutes. And when you complained about a guest laughing too loud outside, we asked the guest to keep the noise down and they complied. Again if you have any questions please contact us directly. Thank you

Upon arrival there was a knife in a tree outside, broken glass in parking lot, and the key card and room provided was already occupied. Had to switch rooms, and a few days in, another person was given my room and tried to enter as I slept. Housekeeping came in 1 time within a week stay, had to ask for trash bags and towels near daily and certain staff was very rude (some were great!) The pool was permanently closed and so was the workout facility. Witnessed 3 mice in my room and hallway, and had to purchase my own cleaning supplies for shower prior to use. The toilet and shower drain were clogged upon check-in and had to be fixed several times during my stay. Overall, not great service and one of the least cleanly properties I have ever seen. There also is no elevator, rooms smelled like mildew, and the hallways always smelled of Marijuana. Definitely would not stay there again.

The property is definitely dated. A notice was posted saying the pool was closed and did not indicate any plan to be open in the future. The deadbolt did not work in our room which led us to believe not much attention is given to maintenance and upkeep.
