Stains on the sheets of one of our beds. When we asked to move to another room staff was gracious and found another room. Hotel is worn and needs an update!

Can’t fully describe

This was the most subpar hotel we’ve stayed at, room was outdated, clearly a sometimes smoking room with an ashtray even though it was a non smoking room. Sheets and towels were normal sheets from someone’s house or bathroom.

Nothing about this hotel was good. Smell was enough to make you leave.

The hotel definitely needed some TLC. The room needed a fresh coat of paint and the carpet looked very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Also the beds were very hard sort of like laying on hard cardboard. The gentleman that checked us in seemed very nice and friendly.

Bad Service

No one was there at night to check us in. Waited for several minutes before someone came to front desk. Beds were very hard. Bathroom was not clean.

Don't stay

Horrible for $70 a night I know that's considered cheap but this place is gross. We slept on towels with no covers and put our clothes on a pillow too lay on it, the sheet were dirty with hair all over them and food. The mold in the bathroom was bad and the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes. Free WIFI was a joke your allowed 15 mins during your stay. There was so much dust on the headboard it turned my fingers black. We did brief stops in town were the locals all said this was a horrible, bad place to stay.

there is no mold in or hotel that is a sealer on the floor by the tub yes the bath mat is got a bent corner we found no hairs in the bed or on the sheets but we will look into these matters directly sorry for your bad visit

Nice staff

The staff was really nice. The room was really run down and dirty. The beds are not comfortable at all. We attended the ISU football game and this was a last minute find. Location was nice and easy to get to.

Expedia dropped the ball; praises to the hotel

We got to the hotel and there was "no vacancy". I showed my printed r3eservation from Expedia, which stated "confirmed with hotel". The hotel staff did not have the reservation in their system! No record of it from Expedia. It is Midnight; we were tired; we did not want to travel further. The hotel staff with very compassionate and made accommodations for us for the night. Hotel staff = A+; Expedia = D-. This is the second time now that in my travels the hotel has not had my reservation in their system from Expedia. Expedia; are you listening?

Nice place but can use some improvement

Room was nice, staff exceptional and friendly. Would have been greatly appreciative though if they would have ran off the Mexicans partying in the parking lot and the owner of the hotel kept their dog inside! Outside our room was the fenced area where the dog ran early in the morning and barked incessantly. I did not want to get up that early but no use trying to sleep with that dog right outside the window. Also as most hotels, wifi sucked. on then off, on then off
