No breakfast and both restaurants closed. Frayed, worn out furniture. Coffee pot but no cups and could not provide any. Old and nasty! Not handicap accessible! Nasty ice maker!!!! $198/ night plus a $35 fee snd $100 hold on my card!!!!

The property didn’t look well maintained. Garbage was just sitting in the entry way for our room. The coffee creamer in our room was chunky. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night and when I checked in I wasn’t informed that it was closed. The spa had yellow stained robes, the waterfall in the pool area didn’t work. I went in for a deep tissue massage and I did not get that at all. This was not a cheap stay and it is very disappointed that it was such a terrible experience.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Stoweflake, and we have had an EXCELLENT experience both times! The location is perfect, with great dining options, walking paths, and trails nearby. Girakafe and Piecasso are our favorite! But the amenities of the resort by far make our experience. We used the gym daily, racquetball court is a great family activity, the indoor and outdoor pool, and the pool table. We also had a massage this trip! Staff is so friendly, room are comfortable and clean, and the hotel is nice and quiet. Can't wait to return!
