Both completely private and at the center of everything, the Modern Farmhouse is located at the end of a long private drive just off of Mountain Road. As you make your way up towards the house, the adjacent Vermont barn-style garage provides both rustic charm and covered parking for three automobiles.

Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home paired with the latest in modern conveniences-- a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, gas range and has an in-counter downdraft for the cooktop, Nest thermostat, gas fireplace and heated tile floors. Kick back and take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi tub while soaking in the spectacular mountain view or settle into the den with a selection of books and games for your entertainment. The game room and lounge area is equipped with a 60 inch Samsung 4KTV with Apple TV, pool table, foosball table, and sectional sofa making it the ultimate hang out spot. Please note that the interior window shades are on order but delayed until spring. There are currently temporary window coverings until the permanent shades are installed.

Outside, all 10.5 acres are yours to explore- including granite paths, stone walls, sculptures, waterfalls, two ponds and tea house.
