Beautiful mountain area with a contemporary hotel

Stowe is beautiful with plenty to do. The people are friendly and the food in the area is great

Pros: Hotel comtemporain au milieu de la nature. Installations impécables: spa, piscine, restaurant, patinoire. Vue imprenable sur la montagne.
Cons: Insonorisation des chambres déficiente. Tres bon petit dejeuner mais service très lent. Servive au bar tres lent egalement.
Location: Pas grand chose à part du ski en hiver ou du golf et du velo l'été.
Bien , mais il manque un petit quelque chose pour me donner le goût d'y retourner

Fantastic stay for one night with dog

We stayed at Topnotch for one night with our dog, and we were incredibly impressed both with the staff and the quality of the hotel. We loved visiting Stowe and will go out of our way to not stay anywhere other than Topnotch. For the people: All of the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The room was fantastic and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. There was plenty of space in the room plus a comfortably sized bathroom. There were two restaurants to choose from, and although we opted to eat dinner outside the resort, our breakfast (from Flannel) was very good. For the dogs: This was our first time traveling with our dog, so we did some research on dog friendly hotels in Stowe, and we are so happy to have stayed here. The staff didn't seem put off by us having a dog (one of our fears was that we would be treated as a nuisance for bringing our furry child). The hotel provided a dog bowl and bed, and the charge for bringing our dog was only an additional $25 per night.

Winter Wonderland at Topnotch

Great food, nightlife, and they keep the outdoor pool and hot tub open while it's snowing! We'll be back soon...
