Band/Bar

Pros: Band was great. Room comfortable & clean.
Cons: Politeness of staff!
Location: St ignes
Draft beer flat. Bartender argued with self an other guest all night wasn't flat. Bottle beer very expensive. Key card would not work on 3rd floor.

Ok but could be better

My husband and I went here for our 6th year wedding anniversary August 2-5, 2016. Here's a short summary of the facilities: Good location-very picturesque $5 Blackjack tables-We don't play anything else at the casino except Blackjack, so I was happy to see the $5 tables. So-so food-only eat here if you really don't want to leave the casino to grab a bite to eat in St. Ignace. Grounds definitely need cleaning-wash the bird/geese poop from the walkway, clean the windows of the dead horseflies, and water the dying flowers. Who do you call??? Nothing was in the room indicating how to contact the front desk, housekeeping, etc. I had to call the main number which sent me to Sault Ste. Marie who then gave me an extension to call for the front desk. When I finally reached the front desk about the lightbulb that hadn't been replaced in my room that I had previously notified them of three hours ago, the girl at the front desk got an attitude with me and told me that maintenance went home at five. Really? You can't send up a light bulb or ask me to come down and get it? Better yet, you don't even call me to inform me that maintenance is gone, and I can't get a lightbulb? You're just going to ignore me??? Not the best front desk help to say the least.

Smoky Hotel

Walking into the lobby was like a blast to the face with cigarette smoke and stale beer. Smoke permeates into the room from the attached casino despite the fact that the rooms recently became No Smoking. the rooms themselves, however, were spacious and nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is good.

Surprised and Happy Customer

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were reluctant to stay cause we were worried the rooms and hallway would smell like smoke since attached to casino which was not the case. Very quiet as well. Liked having the casino on site to enjoy the fun and games. Would stay again.
