Very pet friendly

It's sometimes hard for me to travel with my dog. I found this hotel as the half way point to visiting my mother for Thanksgiving. The front desk staff and the maids were so kind and loving to my little boy. They were great!

Not Happy

We were disappointed to find that the hotel was under renovation and was not disclosed to use during check in or when we called to make the reservation. The pool temp and hot tub temps were off and very cold. We walked through a hallway of old air conditioners and pieces on the floor which many were sharp or rusted. Not a good thing when you have a toddler with you. Also, there was no working key entry from the parking lot into the side door of the hotel which meant anyone could walk in since this was not working. The door swung. This was a BIG concern as we had never been to this city or area. Overall very very disappointed and sorry I spent my money there.

Nice hotel, good location

Easy access to bridge, nice staff, good breakfast. Rooms are small, bathroom was small.

Location: didn't go outside the motel
pleasant, I had my 2 dogs so grateful u accept dogs
