Slow check in. Had to change rooms. Weak and unstable internet. Horrible smell in the room, had to keep window open all night to get rid of it. Wouldn’t stay again.

Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the old city and close to supermarkets. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a kitchenette, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and a balcony.

Disappointing
The staff were friendly and helpful and the reception area seems very welcoming and the hotel is in close proximity to the station. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected and could definitely benefit from some renovation work.

Amazing value as we had an entire apartment with a small kitchenette and lounge area. It is perfectly situated at the edge of Petite France, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Also great for cycling around the city.

Good for what it is.
Good for what it is. The location was 10-minutes away from Petite France and the cafes area. It provided variety of services. Studios we booked didn’t not have room cleaning service, showers are TINY, and kitchenettes are small you barely can cook. We liked the balcony area every room had, and we appreciated the ground floor rooms more.

It is a decent environment and clean simple room. Near train station , shopping and old town yet it is away from the crowds. Friendly staff . However it is not a typical hotel as it is an apartment , therefore has to have right expectations. It will be ideal for people who like to cook simple meal the bigger room does come with a very small kitchen that are well equipped. Most important it has a parking garage within the building and it serve those who drive.

Having parking is very convenient. Although the hotel has a non-smoking policy, our neighbors smoke all the time in the balcony and we could not enjoy the time outside without being surrounded by smoke

The apartment hotel has a small kitchen with all you need to eat in No room cleaning if you stay for one week or less. You need to clean the dishes and empty out the garbage at the end of your stay

A great location just behind the museum of modern art and close to Petite France. Supermarket and bakery around the corner and the tram stop close by. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed at this Adagio on several trips to wonderful Strasbourg. The apartment room met all my needs. Easy to get into the city centre by tram or on foot. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. I will return to this Adagio again on my next visit for sure !!!

Very happy with Adagio Aparthotel
We were really happy with Aparthotel Adagio. It is outside the old city but walking distance to everything. Secure underground parking for 11€ night. Beds were super comfortable. The mini kitchenette was actually very well equipped - great for families. Bring coffee pods that fit in a Nespresso coffee machine.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the local area is up and coming, safe and interesting and has lots of nice shops and eateries. Wonderful market up the rd and good supermarket behind building. Metro at front door, so convenient! The apartment is spacious for Paris, is clean, comfortable and you feel like a local. Only negatives were the noise on Friday nights from bars below and no washing working machine, although it advertised one. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

The room was too small and away from the city center. It took the staff 20 minutes to gave us our key despite the fact that we already paid online and that there was no line. The breackfast is also really bad, you can't find anything with no sugar added. Poor quality.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We have everything we need and more. The staff (romain) was very nice and kind, he showed us where to go. He was very accomodating and helpful. Thr facilities were clean breakfast is bountiful and all fresh everyday, i will definetly recommend this to my friends and family!

Basic aparthotel. Helpful staff. Self contained studio with kitchenette and cutlery. Supermarket nearby. Close to historic part of Strasbourg and the tramlines and train station. Paid laundry on site (total 9 Euros). Breakfast is good ( 10 Euros): bread, fresh juice, pancakes etc. Wifi is non-existent in the room.
