Cosy and central!

Posted Dec 14, 2016
The staff were friendly and very helpful, even the reception who emailed me back on directions to the hotel prior to my stay. Hotel location was great, right in the heart of the city centre with close proximity to many of the main points of interest. Interior of the hotel had a very cottage-like feel to it, in part with the wooden staircases.

Excellent position in central Strasbourg

Posted Dec 7, 2016
Pros: Homely atmosphere. Feeling comfortable and able to relax in the public areas at all times of the day.
Location: Visited the Christmas Market- the largest and best I have seen. Go on 70 minute 'Batorama' river trip first to learn about city and history
A comfortable hotel in the Petite France area of the city. Within walking distance of main areas of interest- the cathedral, Petite France, museums and restaurants. The hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful throughout. Useful to have coffee available throughout the day and to be able to sit in a comfortable lounge to drink it.

Good location

Terrible WIFI, extremely expensive breakfast, "free coffee" is not available during breakfast time (unless you pay for breakfast), the wine social is minimalistic. Disappointing experience for a BEST WESTERN. Good location, with difficult to find parking.

Good position, superior room small, good bed and bathroom, but felt the room looked tired. Exposed beams of old building just did not work and felt oppressive. Staff did not explain anything about the free cake and drink at 6-8 pm. On day 3 we inquired about it then turned up 15mins before end but no one to serve. Would not stay again.

Excellent location

Fantastic location, handy for both Strasbourg Cathdral and Petite France. Staff couldn't be friendlier and aircon was fantastic given the outdoor temperature. Only quibbles were that the TV had a fault and that our room was serviced while we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Great Hotel & Location

Posted Aug 14, 2016
Pros: Great location and spotless clean room, helpful staff
Cons: Information on how to arrive by car when booking would be helpful
Location: Superb location, just steps away from the beautiful petite France district
Driving to the hotel was initially a problem as it is in a pedestrian zone, but once you overcome that, you find it is a great location to explore the city. The reception desk was very helpful and polite, giving us a map and pointing out the easiest route to the best locations. Air con in the room worked very well on the warm night as I think if Windows where left open you would get some noise from the street below.

Cozy and Convenient

Posted Jan 9, 2016
Pros: Location and quiet
Walk to everything - the hotel is 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Very comfortable and quiet. Helpful staff. Parking at the hotel was not a problem, but there are limited spaces. Plenty of good food nearby.
