Great location
It's ok, nothing special. No minibar to cool your drinks which kinda sucks during summer. But friendly and easy to access, great location as well.

Clearly overpriced for what it has to offer.
Staffis extrzmely helpful and friendly. Aside from that, although well located, hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer: room was small, bathroom minuscule, tiny bed. Decoration and matetials date back from the 70's and look very cheap. I do not recommend.

Not so nice stay in Strasbourg
The trip to Strasbourg was uneventful and I was looking forward to reaching the hotel but upon arrival I was bitterly disappointed. The room was small with an even smaller bathroom. The décor was from the late sixties to early seventies and the feeling was that this hotel needed a full facelift or to be rebuilt. I did not like it all. Staff we not pleasant either.

Ok but very old hôtel Not in Good condition
For the price it’s just ok. Very old hotel, the room was clean but not in good condition (you See That the room and the fourniture and the bathroom have Not been replaced in many years). TV didn’t work from time to time. There is a Window you can cover in the bathroom and it’s freaky because people from outside could See you. Overall ok for a cheap stay. Location of the hotel is quite ok too (we have no car)

Well located to Petite France and inner city even to walk. Hotel was clean - staff were very pleasant and helpful - bfast was ok but need to do something better with boiling eggs at bfast😡 Rooms were small so were the beds. Nil wardrobe just a few shelves for two people meant living out of suitcase for three days.

Great staff but can't say the same for the room
Hotel room is really puny so we had to shift things around to put one big luggage and one small luggage. Shower screen didn't really keep the water in, so the floor was always wet - something I didn't appreciate during winter. The bed was really a thin mattress laid on a bed frame but was still comfortable with the thick duvet. Staff was great though, always greeting with a smile and helpful with all requests - nail clipper and late check out

Very small room and bathroom but it's OK 8for sightseeing when you need just a place to sleep. Excellent breakfast with a lot of sweet, savoury or healthy options. Friendly and kind staff. Great location between two tram stations.

Week in Strasbourg
Very good, well situated, quiet right next to the river for a nice walk. Food at breakfast very good, staff kept a constant flow no matter how busy. Had 3 evening meals good but could have been hotter. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Both of us are Disabled and the room was perfect for our needs ie too in shower and a Disabled parking bay for our car. Staff were very helpful. Well done.

The staff is so kind and helpful! Two things that took us three days to discover that would be helpful to others: 1) You can get coffee & croissant at the bar instead of full breakfast quickly and inexpensively. 2) The hotel is on the edge of Petite France and we walked close to 10 miles a day getting to the middle of town. We then discovered the tram station is across the street and very easy to use. We highly recommend this hotel!

Definitely would stay again!!
It was a really lovely hotel and the staff at the entrance were very polite and spoke English well. The only thing I’d change is that when you have a “Do not disturb” sign on the door after arriving late, maybe let us sleep in more than 09:30.

Convenient location
Convenient location for both the train station and the historical centre, right next to the museum of Modern Art. The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and air conditioned The only bad point is that there was a smell in the room coming from the drains.

Did the job for my one night stay. Close walking to the Cathedral and all the tourist stuff; close to a grocery store to buy the wonderful, freshly baked french bread for under a Euro... room isn't the CLEANEST, a little hot - but no where near disgusting or inhabitable. Would stay again.
