There were three of us. We indicated 2 beds in the reservation, this issue was no longer discussed in the correspondence. When we arrived late at night and paid for the room, saw that there was only one bed. They did not begin to resolve the issue, referring to the fact that the entire hotel is full and they cannot do anything, and with whom we communicated, that person is not there and no longer available. After 15 minutes of proceedings, we got our money back and just left. Lucky we live relatively close.

Great staff - friendly reception
Great stay. The receptionist was lovely. Very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spot on, but there was what looked liked a burn mark on the plastic sink which look unsightly, and the shower curtain was half off it’s railings but apart from that it was great. Beds were comfy and the room was clean - just needed a bit of maintenance on the above 2 things I’ve mentioned.

convenient and cheap.
The room was crowded y the beds and with 4 or us there was barely room for a suitcase as well. The beds and pillows were a bit musty. But at least the view or train tracks out the window kept the kids busy every 10 minutes or less.

Possible One Star Hotel
The hotel had construction going on inside of building. The bathroom is very small-it's not even possible to change inside of the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable and I don't think they clean all of the bedding.

A good night's sleep
The hotel is in a retail park just off the motorway passing Strasbourg. It is clearly in need of a lick of paint, but there are signs that this will happen soon. The service was friendly and competent, the WiFi good, and the bed very comfortable. The other minor downsides were the noise one night of other guests talking in the corridors late at night, and the bathroom, which was old-fashioned and cramped, as if it came of a boat. But overall, very good value for money and I got three good nights sleep.

It was a short term stay, urgently organized, with the hotel position quite far from the business destination. Hotel is modest but correct. rerceptionists were very friendly adn ready to help in all my demands.

The hotel is rundown. It does not look like the pictures on the booking site. Bathroom was Very small, like you were in a motor home. No air conditioning and super hot. The window could be only cracked at the top.

Basic hotel in industrial Estate
A basic hotel which has seen better days. It had clean beds but everything was quite old and tired. It was expensive for the quality that we received. Showers very basic and not well maintained. A long way out of Strasbourg with no apparent public transport.

Budget hotel
This is a budget hotel, that does not have bus service that runs at night. I walked home after my parties. The staff spoke little English, but what was needed was communicated. If you are loking for a luxury it is worth spending a few more euro for a hotel with air conditioning and a reasonable size bathroom. It was hot the nights I stayed. There is no air-con. The hotel is motelequese as in most patrons came by car.

You get what you pay for
The hotel itself has no issues other than it was hot summer days without any fans/acs. One big window wasn't enough for propoer ventillation. But you get what you paid for. Recommended for budget travellers.

Avoid this dump if possible
This is a pretty rundown hotel. It's cheap, though, so if that's your highest priority, you'll survive it okay. You just might not want to ever go back, like us. Also, be aware of reception hours; we showed up mid-afternoon and no one was there. In fact, a big steel door was rolled down in front of counter. Public areas were dirty and very unsanitary. Luckily, we spent most of our time in Strasbourg, itself, which is fantastic. Avoid this place if you have other lodging options available.

This hotel is extremely good value, the rooms are dated but by what I could tell they were going through a revamp so by the time you stay here it might be a bit more modern. Very good if you have your own transport as it is a bit out of town. Would recommend for a few nights stay if you're on a tight budget.

This was the most run down and disgusting "hotel" I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Avoid this place like the plague! The room was awful, smelly and disgustingly unclean. The service was terrible and unhelpful.

Awful, terrible, dirty, small, hot, ... Worst bathroom I have ever had the chance to see, and I have travelled a lot. Room hot and stuffy, no air conditioning. Noisy and so much more I can say. I knew it was cheap but this hotel was a disgrace ... pay the extra dollars and go elsewhere. You will not regret it. Stayed only one night and it was one ight to many.

If you have a car, this is the perfect place as it is affordable and clean and not that far from Sttrasbourg or Germany. However, if you dont have a car as I did be forewarned that the buses only run once an hour either way after 7pm with some lines not running then at all. I thought breakfast was expensive for what it was but the staff were friendly and it was a good place for the night.

We booked a family room because all we really wanted was a bed for the night to split our car journey. For the money it was never going to be anything but basic, but it did the job at a very good price. We would stay again.We drove into strasbourg for the evening which was easy, but without your own car this would be hard

Good price- 10 minute drive to Park n Ride
The price of the hotel was perfect for four people on a 2 day trip, we didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't need anything extravagant. The rooms are small and basic, excellent for the rate. The hotel is a short drive to the nearest Park-n-Ride which will take you into downtown Strasbourg. You can park your car and everyone in the car gets a round trip ticket (the ticket includes parking and the round trip for everyone in the car), which only took 10 minutes. There isn't much to do around the hotel, since it is outside of Strasbourg. The breakfast is simple, you get yogurt, cream cheese, croissants, bread, juice and coffee. But it is fine to get you started for the day, then you can stop in the Patisserie when you are in Strasbourg.

Served its purpose
We only stayed for 1 night as a stopover whilst touring around Europe. The rooms are basic but clean. I wouldn't recommend it for a weeks holiday but for 1 night . There is a railway very close by so if you are a light sleeper it wouldn't be for you.

1 Night for 3 adults + dog
For a cheap room that was a quick 'pit stop' for us, our needs were fulfilled. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was a bit of a squeeze for all of us. It was the bathroom 3-in-one cubicle that really let down an otherwise good stay for the money. Excellent parking facilities, free wireless interet and flat screen TV. Nearby KFC, McD's and retails parks very useful!

accueil toujours agréable. par contre la chambre sentait le tabac et le détecteur à incendie avait été capitonné avec du papier. A la recpetion, on me dit être au courant, mais rien n'a été fait....Ménage à revoir: il restait des morceaux d'ongle au sol

Pour le petit-déjeuner deus pots de confitures disponibles ou tout le monde se sert hygiène inexistant, chambre pas propre, salle de bain rideau de douche déchiré, si vous vous ne demandez rien vous n'aurez rien car pas de papier toilette, ni de gel douche. Accueil bien seulement.
