Really quick walk into town. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed huge. The bar was really nice as well. And the staff attentive and friendly. Will go back and will recommend to others.
Very nice experience. Very comfortable room and bed. Lots of building work taking place right now so some of the communal areas were a little dusty and tired looking. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return if in the area again. Would also recommend to friends. Only negatives ...
This was a lovely stay. Great hotel with character. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast (the eggs benedict were very good indeed). The room was large and comfy, including the amazing bathroom which was almost as big as the bedroom. Very, very clean and well appointed. Interior design just right. ...
A hotel full of charm and character. If you have a disability ensure you ask for a room close to reception on the ground floor. Our room was far away and stairs to get to the room. Although I had requested on booking ground floor. Overall the hotel was nice and leisure facilities a bonus.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was comfortable. The staff were very good. Centrally located for Stratford. Only negative was that the breakfast was not up to standard.
Clean hotel and excellent staff especially Carl from the kitchen and Brian from front reception. Only down side is they charge £5 per day on the weekends. You need to remove these charges. Thanks
Hotel is small, in a good way. Charming, personable, friendly, easy to use when traveling with a car, as there is an easy, convenient parking lot just steps from the Inn, while close and convenient to town. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Perfect in every way.
Our room was far too hot despite having the heating off and window open. ir seems it was above the boiler room! Dinner was a bit disappointing. I could have done better with my curry - hardly tasted of curry and final presentation and trimmings were lacking. My wife's portion of chips was tiny. It ...
We booked at the last minute. Massive hostel with good facilities. Big garden. A bit far from the centre of town, but we had a car. Stratford is a beautiful town, and this is a good place to stay while visiting.
Very comfortable though fairly pricey - we were 4 people altogether with 3 in one room and 1 in the other and the cost was much greater than just 2 doubles which didn't seem to make sense. The z bed provided for my daughter could have done with a thicker mattress however we chose it for being opposite ...
Nicely situated modern hotel. Excellent attentive staff and a good restaurant. Rooms are good although starting to show evidence of the need refurbishment. The pool and sauna facilities are particularly welcome. Plenty of car parking but no electric car charging facilities.
The Queens Head is clean, comfortable and excellent value. It's within walking distance of all the main sights of Stratford. The single room is great for a solo traveler. Has everything you need, comfy bed, nice full length mirror and compact, clean shower/ toilet. Stratford can be quite pricey so ...
The heavy door in my room is quite noisy when closed. For a beautiful old charming place for a hotel, there should be at least air conditioning and small fridge in every room. I can also hear the noises in the corridor whenever someone is getting into their room, and again the loud bang as they close ...
