We booked this hotel for the two nights visit to Stratford. The best is its location- just a short stroll from the town centre and RSC theatres but away from the large crowds of tourists. The accommodation is mostly in the modern extension away from the historical coachhouse, comfortable if not tired-looking ...
We had a fantastic stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were lovely and the level of service was spot on, it was very natural, and not at all stuffy. Certainly the perfect place to relax, it was the little touches like the deer on the bed which you place outside your room if ...
Found the hotel very good with a great location, five minutes from main town centre . Check in and room was good, didn't dine at hotel apart from breakfast which was average ,the usual wait for a bit of toast !! Overall very happy.
Arrived before check-in but still able to park after finding the car park in the end (need better directions to the car park) The staff was really friendly and helpful Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Check out was fast and easy even able to park in the car park for a couple of hours ...
Good for a stopover. Check in slow due to inexperienced staff member but room nice and clean, and breakfast nice.
I visit Stratford every summer for a few nights but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is a little more expensive than other similarly rated hotels I have stayed in in Stratford but it is worth it. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. ...
Close to the canal and theater. Good walk In shower and nice restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are smaller but clean and nice. I had an issue and spoke to staff but there was no communication back, otherwise a nice stay.
Helpful staff with our booking as we had a wheelchair. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. It is a little old fashioned, but that added to it's charm.
Pleasant 3 day stay in lovely surroundings. Regrettably the fire alarms were triggered twice 1 near midnight and 1 very early in morning. Apparently a "ghost" in the system this is being looked into and a replacement system is part of upcoming plan.
Easy walk to town. Free parking at back. Kevin helped with the bags to second floor. No A/C. With window open heard early morning traffic zipping by. Small room for 2 and bags. Good English breakfast included. Easy checkout. Cookies and coffee/tea in room. Sitting room inside. Backyard seating.
Stayed here for two nights. Staff very welcoming on reception. Went in pool before dinner. Towels provided. Small changing area (but no private cubicle). Pool 1.50m deep along the length. Good depth for swimming. Meal was delicious. Only had two courses but both better than expected. Breakfast very ...
Very clean. Sarah (owner) is helpful in providing info. on the area. Great breakfast. Beautiful surroundings.
Had a relaxing stay. Comfy bed. A few dusty and cobwebby areas which I easily ignored! Areas that needed to be cleaned were clean. The room was in need of a bit of a decorating spruce up-peeling paint at skirting and in the bathroom. Nice pool, had fun on the hard tennis courts. Braised beef main ...
