If your booking had been made direct, we would have more flexibility to alter it - in our reply we also did offer you a free continental breakfast. When you book through a third party, you need to update and manage your booking through them, not direct with the property hence our explanation when you enquired. Third parties are very clear on their cancellation policies. Enjoy your travels and please remember - keep as much of your $$ in our local economy as possible :)
