Terrible

The first room I was in was not clean , the coffee pot still had coffee and the bed look like someone slept in it and the TV had Claw marks from a dog. When I address these issues with management they told me that they re-rented that room after I complained and no one had an issue with it. The people that rented it, I’m sure the place was cleaner than where they lived. They were not nice , they were rude and not helpful, had I known I could have canceled my credit card with them and left, I would have. I will never stay in this hotel again

Dear guest, We did apologize and of course we immediately moved you to a different room to make things right for you. We will address the maintenance issues of replacing the scratched TV. The bed was freshly made that day by housekeeping and possibly wasn't tucked as tight as it should have been for that we apologize.

We are renovating the hotel at present with new furniture and painting the exterior so we apologize if you think we are outdated. Breakfast is a hot breakfast buffet with over 21 items for each of our guests to enjoy so being awful is not something we here often. Breakfast??????

You would think that with hotels around this one ( comparable price) you would step up but know. Your staff is so far off the mark! Breakfast is a joke. When we went at 8:20 all the hot items were empty and when asked for some she said no. Then when I cried came in and voiced their outrage, she put out 3 biscuits and a few pieces of bacon. We looked like dogs after a bone!!!

Dear guest, We apologize on the morning of your stay that there were not enough hot items available. That is not the norm and was probably on the morning that our weekly truck arrives to restock for the week. With this being a complimentary breakfast at no charge to our guests and over 21 items served there were hot waffles and cereals and fruit items available as well as pastries, donuts, and muffins. Thank you for the feedback.

Any port in a hurricane

Pros: Comfort.
Cons: Front desk personnel.
Hotel was OK. Front desk woman was not very friendly. Rest of staff was OK. Breakfast was good.

I can rest very well because the madtrees and pillows are very confortable and the AC unit is ok. The breakfast is free but very poor.

Tiki bar was very loud until 10:30,

Loud music from DJ until 10:30, then hotel guests took over and continued in the pool until later. Overall condition of the buildings and rooms was disappointing, however they are under renovation. Needs a DEEP clean when they are done.

Hotel staff was great very nice people. The room had a bad smell and the carpet was stained. The ac very loud.

The location is close to the local beaches.

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: I would add more security and hall lighting. Perhaps, the hotel should consider the type of clientele when advertising and type attracted.
The hotel is the weekend party destination. It was very loud til late in the evening. The staff was not customer friendly. The breakfast offered was mediocre. The rooms had mold on the upper part of the ceiling. People were walking around after 11:30pm in the halls by the room. We did not feel safe as our room was in a corner off a corridor with no lighting. We left in the middle of the night to go home. I will not be returning to this hotel.
