"J’avais d’abord commandé 15 jours à l’avance 3 kits de linge. Puis je me suis ravisée 10 jours avant en envoyant un mail. Mais ma demande n’a pas été prise en compte car on ne peut pas laisser de mail quand les bureaux sont fermés. Curieux !!! Et quand j’ai redemandé qu’on annule ma demande ( car je n’ai pas retiré les kits de linge) on a refusé de me rembourser. Ensuite, il a fallu que je paye 100€ de caution 15 jours à l’avance. "The stay was good, until I received the final settlement amount. 186 Euro for final cleaning. What a surprise! Even if you count for a cleaning person a more than 20 Euros hours pay, the person must have cleant the appartement for more than nine!!! hours. That is breathtaking. I dont care about the sum as such. But beeing pult over the barrel doesnt feel good, and nope is against the law. So, what do you think?"

"Wir haben einen schönen Sommerurlaub auf Møn verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und konnten die Insel erkunden und den Strand genießen. Obwohl wir zu viert waren hatten wir genug Platz und die Terrasse rund ums Haus wurde einfach zum Wohnzimmer. Der Vermieter hat sein Haus nebenan und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft."

"Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit nur kurzem Weg zum Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider ist der Spitzboden offen, so dass für die obenschlafenden, sich der eigene Rhythmus am ersten und letzten der Gesellschaft früh und abends orientiert muss. Kleine Mängel, wie die nicht gut schließende Tür der Sauna und der zum Teil nicht ablesbare Wasserzähler werden sicher bald repariert werden. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Das Haus war schmutzig, es gab weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche, diese war aber bestellt und bezahlt!!!! Das Waschbecken in der Küche war verstopft, auch die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden! Sämtliche Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter oder novasol aufzunehmen, liefen ins Leere! Nie wieder novasol oder GeWo direkt!"
