“The property was as advertised and was correctly rated by previous guests. The owner was very communicative before our stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated but the rest of the unit keeps its old school charm. Noticed lightbulbs were out and water dispensed from fridge wasn’t not working. “Nice central location. A very nice unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Unit could use a thorough cleaning. Unit was not as close to the beach as we were led to believe.. My wife and I are disabled and could never use the beach because it was too far to walk.”

“We enjoyed our long weekend away at Stella Maris. There was plenty of room for a party of 7 adults. Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer). Otherwise the home was cozy, centrally located, and had gorgeous oceanfront views. Thank you for opening your home to us! ”

“In spite of strong winds for half of our 11 day stay that prevented us from enjoying the beach as much as we would have liked, the ocean view was fantastic. The house is cozy retaining its original character, but has a modernized, well equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and updated baths. “Can’t go wrong with beach front but the owners/managers of the property were really the best. Mike was so kind and easy to work with. We were here for our wedding at the pier and ended up having a decent amount of it upended by the weather. Mike was super kind and flexible with us using the condo. He even helped a couple other guests find it. The main bed/bath is sizeable and very cozy. We never stay ocean front so it was such a treat having this balcony and the nice furniture out there.
