"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful with directions to locations I wanted to visit. Food was very good, great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Shopping was just across the street and so was the subway station. The only thing I didn't like about the property is they didn't provide daily maid service. We were there six days and only had the room cleaned once. I always had to get fresh towels from the front desk."
