Bed and food fine. WiFi unusable.

The hotel was fine but the internet was completely unusable. Kept dropping. Same experience for my colleagues staying in other rooms. Sitting in a chair by the door gave best access but even that was poor.

Nice hotel near great transport links to Stuttgart

Location: Irish bar near the hotel did good food. Nice cafe nearby for breakfast.
We arrived and wanted cocktails from the menu unfortunately the person behind the bar couldn't make them so that was disappointing plus the measures of baileys are tiny so it cost us €26 for 2 small baileys. Dinner in the hotel was nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. We had to ask for a kettle for the room, we made coffee in the room but the cleaner did not remove the dirty cups. the beds were comfy. The location was great.

Great place for a business trip

Everything was great except for extremely slow internet, but that is the norm in Germany. Extremely convenient location for business in the area.

Comfortable Hotel , quite location.

Pros: Location, staff ,nice restaurant and quite.
This is a very clean hotel with a very accommodating staff. Its in a nice residential but next door to plenty of restaurant and a mall. Train station is a 5 minute walk which can take you into Stuttgart Center for 3 Euros.

Find a temp apartment, or try the Pullman instead.

My second extended hotel stay in Stuttgart for business, I did enjoy how conveniently located the hotel was. That was about the extent of my enjoyment, unfortunately. Weekly parking rates are a bit outrageous, but that's Germany for you. There were some nice things about the hotel, so I'll mention those first: *Decent complimentary WiFi *Great location in Vaihingen, just a short walk to the train station if you want to get out and not drive *Hotel restaurant is good, and service in the restaurant was always attentive and friendly *The hotel seems makes an effort to be reasonably accommodating for guests, including being pet friendly Now for the not so great" *Uncomfortable beds *WiFi went down, hotel seemed to be indifferent. Not a terrible issue, unless you are trying to accomplish work from the hotel like I was. Internet was down for 3 days before it was fixed. *Not the quietest hotel. To be fair, I'm not going to hold the hotel responsible for ill-mannered guests. I will hold them responsible for not policing guests a little. *The staff were a mixed group, some were extremely helpful, some didn't really seem like they cared about having a job tomorrow. Not something that concerns me, unless I'm waiting on one of them to unlock the entrance while I wait in the parking garage entrance For a bit more, price wise, you can go a few blocks down to the Pullman, which is a much nicer, quiet and slightly nicer hotel, or find a temp apartment. I don't recommend this hotel.

Watch your step!

Accessing the free WiFi was a huge hassle. Rather than simply letting guests log in using their name and room number, you have to get a separate ticket at the front desk for each device you wish to use. If you leave the building or the network drops you for some reason, it doesn't remember your device, and you have to log in with the ticket again. Oh, and the staff didn't tell me the tickets they gave me were good for only one day. Wehn mine expired at 9 pm, they made me come all the way downstairs to the front desk to get new ones. One place the WiFi doesn't work is the elevators ... which was quite frustrating when I got stuck there for almost half an hour my first night at the hotel. The staff had to call a technician to come get me out, but otherwise showed no concern for my welfare or accommodations for my inconvenience. For the rest of my stay, I used the stairs to my 3rd-floor room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights, although slightly further out from the centre of town than I expected it was very easy to travel there by public transport. The location was very quiet which was excellent for a good night's sleep, with a few bars and restaurants around too. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

MO Arcona business stay

Pros: The Hotel is in a great location in the city. It is very clean and the service is great. The are nice restaurants close to the hotel.
Cons: Better room amenities.
The Hotel is in a great location in the city. It is very clean and the service is great. The room was disappointing. It has no refrigerator to keep food. The towels were very small, even the shower towels. There was no shampoo or wash cloths. I would expect better amenities in the room from a 4 star hotel.
