Highly recommend place if you want stay near market area as well as train station. Train station is like 10 min walk from this place. The hotel was clean and has unique sleek design. Did not have microwave or fridge in the room (May be it a bit different than what we usually see in the USA). Check in and check out was smooth. The staff was fluent in English and was very friendly. Shuttle service is also available upon request.

Nice place in the middle of Vaihingen
Nice place. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Very helpful. Room had an interior view which wasn’t the best but everything else was great.

I stayed here just under three weeks and prior to making my reservation I intentionally contacted the hotel management to request a room with a bath tub (apparently there are two rooms equipped with tubs). I was assured in writing that I would have one of these rooms for my 3 week stay. ONE DAY prior to my arrival I received an email saying sorry but they would not be able to accommodate my request after all. Too late to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements of course. Once I checked into the hotel I was handed a sheet of "Covid rules" for the guests to follow. Fair enough. However, it did not take me long to see that these "rules" were selectively enforced. It's important to note that right across the street from the hotel is the Mercedes Benz training center. Therefore most of the guests at the hotel are Mercedes employees and it is basically their hotel. So while Covid rules etc apply to regular guests, if you work for Mercedes you have run of the place and can do what you want; no social distancing, no single elevator limits, no masks, bar/restaurant open for you etc. I witnessed this daily during my stay and I have no doubt that my room with the bathtub that I had been promised went to one of these Mercedes Benz guests. Another point they do not tell you and neither does Expedia is that due to Covid the hotel staff departs at 5pm Mon-Fri and then all weekend. You as a guest are on your own in the evening and until Mon morning!

We appreciate it very much and are grateful for the possibilities of improvement. First and foremost, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, as you, our guest, are our focus and our daily goal is not only to meet but to exceed the expectations of our guests - just as you have every right to expect from a Vienna House brand hotel. I was very sorry to read that your request for a room with a bathtub was not granted. Especially for a long stay like yours, this is very important. Yes, we have some guests who visit the training centre across the street, but we also host other corporate guests. Protecting the safety of our guests from the pandemic shows our hygiene concept. We like to point out the rules to all guests, even several times, but unfortunately we don't always see everything. Therefore, your advice on site would have been of great help. The hotel is guarded by security at weekends. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and short-time work, no other solution is possible. Every guest receives this information before arrival. Hotel was great! The only complaint I have would be that they were doing some construction or something and the noise was right above my room. Overall everything was great!

Great place to stay!
This is my first time actually staying at the Mo, but my company has had several events there. The service has always been excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, the fitness center is pretty good, and the restaurant is delicious. Easy walk to S-bahn Vaihingen. Highly recommend the Mo!

Air conditioner didn’t blow cool air, the safe failed and they had to drill it open and then they never cleaned up the shavings. They also tried to charge me for breakfast even though I did not book that or eat any breakfast. Then would not provide a receipt at checkout and service was rude.

Short business trip, good place for a sleepover. Stayed at the mo.hotel before, but this time it was far more busy with tourists. Hotel is currently renovating the front, so scaffolding is up.

We did not know till we arrived that the hotel was under construction. There was scaffolding outside our window with men walking around. The outside window shades are controlled by the hotel. We did not appreciate the shades being opened and closed unexpectedly, especially with men walking outside our windows.

Terrible internet and bad check-in
When I arrived at the hotel, there were two people working, and there was a lady discussing some kind of billing issue. Both of the hotel attendants continued to only talk to the lady while I was waiting for about 15 minutes to check-in, at which point I politely asked "Can you explain the procedure to check-in here", and then finally one of the employees allowed me to check in. You would think that they would prioritise a 30 second check-in when they have 2 people working, as opposed to both attending to the same person. The internet is by far the worst that I have experienced in any hotel. Almost unusable.
