I like this nice , quite , comfortable hotel.

The location is perfect for doing business or short holiday . The staff are very nice and helpful .what happen to me I left some money and my glasses in the room , later I sent my friend and they kept it at loss an found dept.

4-Day stay in Stutgart

A really disappointing stay at this hotel. As a family we had booked based on the information on the website. It prides itself on 3 different restaurants. But the only one that was open to us was the a la carte one at 34 Euros a head! We had to walk into Stuttgart every single night to eat - and with a 4 year old having had long, busy days, we just wanted to sit down and enjoy a simple meal without having this hassle. Considering the cost we had paid, we found this totally unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. On our first morning we had numerous problems with our room key card. I am a German speaker and was frustrated that all they did was hand us new card after new card when clearly there was a problem with the card reader on the door. This made us late for our visits and as we had to leave with no resolution, we had it in the back of our mind whether this issues would be resolved on our return. Not what you want for a short stay. Not geared up to families at all. Would not recommend.

It is right that we have over all three restaurants and a bar at the hotel but – and this is also right – not all restaurants are open in the evening. We have one restaurant for breakfast and lunch and one which is open during the day time. For the evening service we have the restaurant Reuchlin where the main courses start at 12 €. We have also some restaurants next to the hotel (about 2 minutes to walk); just ask our reception team and they will give you the directions. I am very sorry if you had problems with the key card. Often it is not the card reader causing the problems but the card itself; the magnetic cards are a bit liable to break down if brought next to a mobile phone. In this case the change of the card usually helps. At the comment here I cannot see in which room you stayed so I can’t talk to our technical department to look after the card reader. But I am very sorry if our reception team gave you the impression of not paying attention to you. I assure you that we take the concerns of our guests very serious. I apologize for the inconveniences and would appreciate to welcome you soon again. Kind regards, Alexander Buck, General Manager.

A Great Hotel

The hotel was exemplary. The room was comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, and the location was perfect. Easy walking to the U-Bahn or a very short walk downtown. Recommend this hotel for either the vacationer or business traveler.

Comfortable. Staying in the parking tower is a nuisance of walking back and forth.

For sure it is right that it is a bit to walk to the rooms in the park wing but for this the rooms there are even quieter as the rooms in the main building are already. Basic hotel with over charged price

A quite basic hotel(even don't get a shower cap), the service is poor(was ignored at the check in, unpolite staff). The hotel facility is very basic, no breakfast included, not worth to pay over 173 euros for it. Plus even didn't give me a copy of receipt after asked them many times.

It is right that we don’t have shower caps in the room automatically due to environmental issues. But it wouldn’t be a problem to get one; just call our housekeeping and the colleagues will bring you the amenities you need. I am very sorry if the service at check in was not as expected; I will talk to our front office manager about it. The standard price for the room is usually without breakfast so the guest could decide if he want to use the breakfast or not. Of course it wouldn’t be a problem to book the room including breakfast. Unfortunately I can’t see by the anonymous comment here where you have booked / payed your stay. But if the stay was paid via hotels.com our front office team is right that we can’t give you an invoices: You get the invoice from the partner you have paid the stay. If a guest pays his stay directly at the hotel he will of course get a correct invoice. If a guest pays for example at hotels.com and hotels.com pays at the hotel, hotels.com will get the invoice from us and the guests will get his invoice from hotels.com.
