Location is good - 10 minute walk from market

Posted Dec 19, 2017
Pros: Location Facilities
Cons: New pillows would be good.
Located 10 minutes from the Christmas market this is handy.

Nice hotel, lazy customer service

Posted Dec 2, 2017
Nice hotel. Lazy customer service - answered questions if asked but very little information volunteered. 10min walk from edge of main town. Impressive Christmas markets

Nice location but horrible bed!

Posted Oct 31, 2017 on Hotels
Nice location, great pool hours, and piano bar was fun; however, the beds are horrible. The mattresses were too hard and the pillows were the worst I've ever seen....only elevated my head about an inch. There wasn't body lotion, shower cap or laundry bag in the room.

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on hotels.com. I am very sorry that your stay was not to your full satisfaction. If the bed isn’t comfortable for you please do not hesitate to contact our housekeeping. We have special toppers to make the mattress softer and we have also additional or firmer pillows. It is also right that we don’t have body lotion or shower caps automatically in the room. The items are often only opened to watch what it is exactly and we have to depose them without being used for their original purpose which doesn’t correspondent with our environmental standards. But if you need them / want to use them, please feel free to contact our housekeeping and the colleagues will bring the items up to your room. And yes, it is right that usually there should be a laundry bag in one of the drawers. I am very sorry if the housekeeping forgot this item and apologize for the inconveniences. Kind regards, Alexander Buck, General Manager.

High rate. But it was cool to be in there. They even provided Champaign for one colleague who had birthday during the period of visit. That was impressive.

Looking forward to a third visit

Posted Oct 11, 2017 on Hotels
Second visit to this hotel, and we'll be booking again for next year. Clean comfortable rooms, good service, nice pool. The piano bar is very lively and fun on a Saturday night after a night at the festival, even if the pianist leaves a little to be desired.

Nice room and physica facilities-but.

Our room was a long way from the front desk, down 2 flights of stairs, then lengthy walk to the adjacent tower. That was tolerable, but the very poor / slow internet was frustrating.

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on expedia. IT is nice to see that you enjoyed your time here over all. It is right that it is a bit to walk to the rooms in the parkwing. But for this the rooms there are even quieter as the rooms in the main building are already. The separation into two buildings is due to Stuttgart’s inner city construction code. The bandwidth of the free WiFi is designed for reading news or writing emails. For more complex works you can use the hotspot of our partner Deutsche Telekom. But we are currently also negotiating for a higher bandwidth of the free WiFi. Kind regards and looking forward to your next stay, Alexander Buck, General Manager.

Good Conference Center

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: Proximity to city center, excellent transportation, and clean comfortable rooms
Cons: Need to add coffee pot in the room, for a morning coffee.
Location: Location is great, one tram stop from city center, there is basic shopping and cafe next door.
Nice hotel, geared for conferences, good service. The room was very far from the lobby, one needed to take an elevator down tow floors, walk a considerable distance then take another elevator up to get to the rooms. Very inconvenient.

Dirty Bed sheets

Posted Sep 17, 2017
Our bed was full of hair, like someone brushed the hair right on top of the bed. It was discussing. We sleept on the floor and left the hotel at 5:00 in the morning.
