They do not have family rooms. We booked a room for three. They can’t accommodate that. The problem is that this was not specified when booking. Staff was Unwilling to help. Ended up cramping in a queen bed.

Toilet roll is a serious issue, i mean if you havent got it the towels and curtains are serious contenders. We asked several time a day for toilet roll but even though promised they never came. Tip for you is to raid the toilets in the basement which are fully stocked. Will never stay in a Mercure Hotel againterrible, glad to leav.

Good hotel with decent and clean rooms. Location is a pain with cases on public transport being a chore to get to/from metro station and too far to walk from the bahnhof. Skipped breakfast as it was too expensive an used nearby cafes.

Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. Decent size tv too which was nice. Coffee machine in the room was great. Friendly staff in the bar. Excellent, secure luggage storage too. Close to a mall/food options.

Decent stay
We stayed here for the Stuttgart Beerfestival as a big stag do group. Location is good, central enough and 20-30 minutes from most places you want to get to. Hotel was good - easy check in and no problems with the stay. Has everything you need and good value for money.

Nice, modern hotel. Mostly a “business “ hotel. Located in a very busy business sector of the city. No restaurants or attractions around, although near a subway stop.

Clean modern motel with a friendly staff. They were very helpful in helping us get around town. While the underground parking was expensive it was raining every day and it was really nice to pull in and not get wet. On the negative side, the room was very small even by German standards. There is simply too much in the room. Feels very cramped. As to the location unless you buy breakfast from the hotel ( which we did not as it was very expensive ) there is no place to eat breakfast around the hotel. There is a very nice mall down the street that had plenty of food options for lunch and dinner. Overall, I would stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel three times with my daughter since this autumn and all three of the times I have received an excellent service. In times of the flight delays or cancellations I just needed to email the hotel to let them know about the situation and they just solved the bookings with no problem. The rooms are clean and pleasing, the Wi Fi is great, the breakfast is lovely and staff is incredibly friendly. And the hotel is just three minutes walking distance from the shopping center, which was an extra bonus for my daughter. I highly recommend to choose Mercure Hotel City Center to anyone and we are looking forward to our staying there next time we travel to Stuttgart.

Short but very comfortable and well-appointed. Modern, clean hotel with all needed amenities. Oddly, they were the only hotel on my trip that did not offer to store my suitcase for the day due to COVID.

Hotel is modern with very basic room and even more basic support. No drinks machine, no toiletries other than a nearly empty liquid soap dispenser, only one set of towels for two guests and a pencil but no paper. Well below expectation for a Mercure and no daily service due to covid. Feel a bit cheated.

Excellent business stay
A must stay if you are traveling for a business trip. Mall is nearby and U Bahn is in walking distance. Staff is very polite and go extra mile to support you. What I found missing is the treadmill in the gym. I hope they read this comment and add it soon. Bathrooms are outdated and needs management attention.

Good Business Hotel with over the top Breakfast
The hotel looks kind of new and is not in the city center of Stuttgart. But it is close to the main station (10min walk) and if you fancy walking a bit, the pedestrian/shopping area is 15min away. Next to the hotel is a big mall with plenty of shops, restaurants etc. The room was spacious, big bed and overall very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and definitely with to add it to the booking if you don’t have it. I will again stay at this hotel the next time I am in Stuttgart.

Excellent stay Vegan choices for breakfast
Excellent, im a vegan so not all stays cater for me , however this is a vegan friendly hotel the staff go out of thier way to assist.breakfast is excellent with many choices.First day i was at breakfast 10mins before they closed the staff left me alone to enjoy and did not try to rush me at all.Excellent hotel Excellent staff would reccomend to anyone.
