Very nice overall, except for the items mentioned.

Advertised shuttle to airport but there wasn't one. Got single and double rooms mixed up and claimed they didn't.

Aside from a minor issue with the TV remote, this hotel is worthy of its four stars.

Pros: Everything except what I listed in the "What didn't you like about this hotel?" section, below.
Cons: Menu was lacking in both German cuisine and non-vegetarian selections. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver within.

Beautiful and spacious room

It was a great stay. The room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel was right across the street from the train station, very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and the room service and restaurant in the hotel is excellent. They offer a wide range of spa services and the pool area is very nice. The hotel is located next to the train station so it's very convenient to get around the city.

They have a small swimming pool and my child went there every night. Many other children were enjoying there as well. Staff are nice and friendly, fluent in English.
