Nice hotel close to the airport

The hotel is nice, the staff is very nice and helpful and its very close to the airport. I loved the shower and water presure. The only thing I would change were the beds. Very narrow uncomfortable matres and only one pillow.

Can't beat a 5 minute walk to airport check in

Less than pleasing - horrible wifi

Location: Close to train into city. Easy navigation.
Wifi did not work for more than 1 minute at a time. Smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Small room.

Pros: Comfort
Very nice and comfortable hotel within walking distance from the Stuttgart airport. I stay here any time I have an early flight to avoid traffic and weather problems getting to the airport. Excellent value for money. Oh, and did I mention they have excellent food?

Pros: 👍breakfast Quiet rooms Good situation Prices of rooms very high
Cons: Towels are smaller and no vanity kit in bathroom

Worst experience ever, worst front desk staff..

Pros: After the experience I had, NOTHING.
Cons: Front desk staff for late check ins needs to be changed badly. Front desk staff should be humble and polite. The person sitting there is RUDEST.
Hello, I just visited the hotel very recently with my family (4 people) and had a one night stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 11 pm as our train got delayed in Paris. We had an early morning flight so we had to leave the hotel by 5 am. Since we had an international flight and we travel with staff tickets, our luggage was quite a lot. So, we got some of our friends to help us bring our luggage to the room. The guy at the front desk followed us to the room and comes in RUDELY and says "why are there more than 2 people in the room?". I told him that they just came to help us with the luggage since we had around 10 pieces and we were only 4. I explained that they are just placing the luggage and leaving. What he said next was just shocking. He said in a very rude way that they need to leave right now or else I will call the police and KICK you out of the hotel (yes these were his words). I was shocked at first and then asked my friends to leave (they were going anyways but this just was not acceptable from the front desk guy). This is not just it, once my friends left, he actually told me NOW I WILL COME TO BOTH THE ROOMS INSPECT YOUR LUGGAGE. He then came to our rooms (one for my parents and one for me and my wife) and searched as If he was the police and had a search warrant. After all the insult, he leaves. I even noted down the person's name but due to Expedia's policy I can't write down here. I want the hotel management to look into this matter and REFUND MY MONEY.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Had trouble logging into the free wifi.
Location: Very close to Stuttgart International Airport
The hotel was very close to the airport. It was clean. Most of the staff were nice.
