“Staff helped check in by taking our car evening call. We were disappointed, however, that the refrigerator was not working. There were things in the fridge. There was no sign saying it’s out of order. So we put our stuff in and some of it went bad. Also when we reported it to the staff they just said thank you for the information no apology no ice to recover the other food just going to serve a fancy breakfast to the other guests.”
