This applies to all hotels, motels etc. The time has come for all the guests to enjoy A GOOD TV SYSTEM IN THE ROOMS. A TV THAT IS EASY TO USE AND IS WORKING. A REMOTE THAT IS WORKING. ALL CHANNELS INCLUDING FOX.. etc. Also good quality plastic cups and lots of them. they are very cheap go to Costco. then there is the Paranoia about the "towels" specially when staying more than a day. These observations are for all Hotels 5* to 0*. How I miss Family run SWISS and AUSTRIAN Hotels.

Great location, close to many amenities.

Pros: We loved the location, close to restaurants and shopping. Loved that it was Pet-friendly.
Cons: Perhaps the cleanliness of the bathroom.
Location: Simply loved that it was close to family, restaurants and shopping.
Enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time visiting with family (Christmas holiday) so we didn't spend much time in our hotel room, but it was ok. We did notice however that the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better than it was. Found there to be water spots on the shower/bathtub taps, on the ceiling and walls. Toilet seat hinge area should have been cleaned a lot better. We did notice the hinges on the bathroom door were totally rusted and the outlet plates were dirty looking. I think the investment of changing these things out would make a world of difference in the overall opinion of the cleanliness room as every item is noticed, no matter how small. We did see the 'Green' notification sign in the bathroom but would have appreciated the towels changed out daily, even having a few more towels (a separate one for hair). Overall, seeing evidence of the last guests stay in this room was off-putting. I did not partake in the breakfast, however, my husband did. Although he was appreciative that there was a breakfast offered, he thought that scrambled eggs would have been more appropriate. On the one morning, nothing was ready and they waffle maker wasn't working. These items did lend to our opinion that the room was not exactly as the name of the hotel indicates - Comfort. We did appreciate that the room was Pet-friendly. Again, the location was perfect. Staff was super friendly. Loved having the convenience of the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron.

WARNING! Find a different hotel unless .........

Pros: Not much
Cons: Everything but they can't make the rooms bigger
Location: Close to numerous restaurants and coffee shops.
Find a different hotel unless you have extremely low expectations. Pictures online looked good, price looked good. Room was very small, smelled musty and housekeeping couldn't be bothered restocking items such as toilet paper.

Hockey parents and hockey kids rude , disrespectful, noisy, and ignorant when it comes to being considerate towards other guests. Nice to teach kids about team spirit and cooperation. How about teaching them how to behave in public

Our first room smelled of silicone very very powerful. Three of us had a bad night sleeping. We checked in at almost 3am from our long drive through the snow. The morning we went and found the hotel attendant and he switched us rooms only to transfer to another silicone smelled room. There were no coffee packets. Our complimentary water bottle and as well the only friendly staff we've encountered were the breakfast attendant and the housekeeper where we left a tip for only her. We will not recommend this hotel to any one else that we know seeing as the hotel attendant didn't even discount our stay seeing as how terrible that smell was, only to put more people in that room the same morning we moved out of it. As well, questions we had where ever answered or "gotten back to you(us)". We should've st least had an apology or a free night stay.

Visiting family

Pros: comfortable and convenient.
Cons: Some flexibility with check in.
Location: Visiting family, don't care about things to do.
Hotel and breakfast fine. Convenient. Got there after driving 5 hours about 2 pm. Would have been nice to check in, even though posted time is 3pm. Told to come back.
