Truck engine braking

My room faced the highway and the trucks coming to the stoplight at Falconbridge road used their engine braking all night. Great hotel but ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The staff were so helpful and wonderful to deal with. Very clean and comfortable beds.

2nd stay was great.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was wonderful the room was great to clean and the staff is very friendly

Sudbury location rocks

Pros: Everything. My favorite thing was the cozy bed.
Cons: Nothing
Fabulous! Sooooooooooooooooo clean and comfortable. This hotel chain will be my favorite place to stay from now on.

Little hard to find parking entrance Lots of kids because of the indoor pool

Hotel was nice and staff were nice. I left an iPhone charger there by accident and an hour after I left I called back to ask if it was found and they said nothing was there - I know it was left plugged in.. one of the staff took it...

Great Hotel, Close to everything!

Every time I stay here with the family it's great! Only downfall is the slide hours for the pool! (We've only ever got to use it once because it's not attended by a lifeguard during the week!) 😕 But the pool and hot tub are still great! I love that the rooms are like little condos with kitchenettes furnished wirh cutlery, pots, pans, plates etc! It's like a time share just no pushy sales tactics! 😀

Close To ALL The Best Shopping Places

Pros: We were close to all the best shopping in Sudbury. A very nice, clean, and updated hote..
Cons: The partnership between Expedia and the hotel itself. Any concerns we had about our stay had to be directed to Expedia. Their hands were tied.
Location: Location was GREAT! Close to the mall, Costco, restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better location.
The hotel was very nice. Roomy, clean, lots of other activities. The continental breakfast was an added bonus. However, many of the policies this hotel offered didn't effect us because we booked through Expedia. It was as if the hotel washed their hand of us because we didn't book through them.

Great hotel easy to get to from Sudbury airport

Cons: The breakfast was pre-packaged and the eggs were very dry and rubbery. I would suggest scrambled eggs as that would have retained the moisture a bit.
I think the best part of the trip was having the Expedia operator assist me on the phone with some of my special requests. I was very pleased with the help and perserverance to guide me to the best hotel.
