"Noisy traffic, people banging on doors after midnight. Toilet needs caulking so to give it a cleaner look. Dark carpet gives it a dirty feel. Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present. The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. No options available so we paid the fee that should be refunded based on none existance. Staff not friendly and gave me the room key and announce room number with other questionable man present. Didn't feel safe."

"The room was clean and maintained. I loved the “no steam up” feature on the bathroom mirror. Very good stay."

"Breakfast was nice and pool was closed with only 1 elevator working. The room smelled of cigarette badly and was informed by the front desk that the reason was the entire hotel is on one ventilation system which causes the smoke smell to spread through the rooms but not the halls. The bathroom desperately needs updating and patching. "

"There was limited hot water to shower, the TV service STOPPED working about 24 hours into a 2 day stay and the bass from a nearby venue thumped until after 11p at night. Staff acted like they were oblivious or I was imagining it when I complained, but I heard many guests at check out talking about the same things. We had planned to stay an extra day because we normally like this hotel but this weekend was not their best work AT ALL."

"We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. I think this has to do with the fact that there is no carpet in this hotel, not in the rooms or in the hallways. The room was nice large, spacious, and comfortable. Due to the better chain of hotels I was disappointed there was not a shuttle service to the downtown area."

"Hotel wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t amazing. Worked for our one night stay but definitely wouldn’t book for an extended stay. The bed wasn’t great obnoxiously loud and mattress was lumpy. "
