The room was nice and clean and bathroom and shower were spacious good. Maid service was disappointing. I don't think we got clean towels for the day or two after we had used up the towels. (We had a 3 night stay). The guy at the front desk told me he was going to get clean towels to me. Just give him 10 minutes. He never showed up.

I appreciate the kind staff. Anything we needed the front desk was on it. Lovely atmosphere and the rooms was more than i expected. Was clean and neat. Thank you for your hospitality and service Brentwood.

Good place for a cheap price!
It was okay for what I needed. I barely was in the room only sleeping there. At first, I was a little skeptical because the outside gave me the old motel feel but when I opened the door I was surprised. The room was updated, no carpet on the floors. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed covering was wrinkled and did not fit the bed, but that's just me being critical. In a pinch, I would stay there again. Also, the hotel lady was nice; she told me her name, but I can't remember it.

The room was spacious. We had to ask for towels. The bathroom was nicely done, but had soap scum in the shower stall. No chairs in the room.

You get what you pay for
I travel for work and stay in hotels more than 50 nights per year. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled bad and the bedding was worn out and torn. The bathroom was “clean” but in disrepair. On the positive side, the desk crew was friendly and accommodating.

Front door guy was not very nice to us I think they need to approve and when we got to the room or cable was broke in the bathtub was not looking too good should be repaired the only thing we like was the house cleaning lady she was very nice so I give it a 3 out of a 10 we've stayed here before and I was disappointed so I think they need it improve I don't think I want to stay here anymore

Sir, I am sorry you are unsatisfied with your service. Please do not blame the hotel for expedia issues. You have not stayed at our hotel so you should not be posting a review without staying at our property. Also Keep in mind that you booked a non refundable reservation which had saved you $10 in reservation. If you had booked a cancellable reservation, your money would have been refunded by expedia. Please also keep in mind that expedia had charged you and not the hotel.

Can’t complain, chose it for the price. Basically sufficient, but could use a renovation. Other hotels were 2-3x the price so you get what you pay for.

Problems
I booked a smoking room, when checked in I was informed that it was not available. Fine. No offer for my inconvenience of having to go and smoke in my car despite the availability of smoking rooms online. Fine. When asked to fix tv clerk made unappreciated comments to me and my guest. I am a grown woman and do not appreciate the judgement. I never smoked in the room but felt like clerk was stalking or watching me constantly. Creepy. Will not be back

A bad and good mix of a low budget
The first room that I requested I was not put in. Then moved to another room where the sink was broken in the bathtub was disgusting. So the manager gave me a room for free the next night. Very friendly family owned hotel they just need to work on their cleanliness and having their rooms up to par.

They are currently renovating which is fine. Everything is clean as possible and most things are brand new. However, there is MOLD in my refrigerator! It was so disgusting I couldn’t use it!
