Extended stay hotel sugarhouse Salt Lake City

Extended stay hotel sugarhouse Salt Lake City Rooms not clean, spots on floor, Spots on bathroom mirror, sink not clean, kitchen counter dirty, bed covers questionable. Had to change rooms because of urine smell.. Elevator and hallways dirty. Trash piled up. Terrible check-in procedure required requiring all adults to show ID and sign . Staff person pleasant but procedure bad. Never stay extended stay again.

Flush twice

Pros: Bed and staff
Cons: Fix the plumbing.
Location: There's a gas station close and lots of places to eat.
You had to hold the toilet handle down for it to flush. The shower made a noise like a grinder was cutting up a car. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly. However, I probably won't stay here again. The coffee was free and good, though.

It was a great place to stop for the night. Had plenty of shopping and eating options in the area.

Good Location in South Salt Lake City.

Cons: Rooms OLD
Location: Great, many businesses and restaurants with in walking distance.
Rooms and Décor are a bit worn out. Staff was good and accommodating. Don't be fooled by free breakfast, it's ok coffee and instant oatmeal. Grab and go!

Spacious room. Close to food and shopping

We've stayed here before and was very satisfied with our stay. This time our room wasnt very clean. The remote was missing and we weren't able to get another one. We came back late at night after a concert with food and our key wouldn't work! We stood in the freezing cold for over a half an hour waiting for them to change the battery in the door lock. Our food was cold by the time we made it into the room! We kept being bothered by housekeeping even though we requested a late check out when we checked in

Clean room, great service

We got bumped up to a king deluxe room at no extra charge because they were over booked. It was much nicer than we were expecting! We will be staying here everytime we travel to SLC.
