Hotel close to hospital

We arrived late at night to check in, but needed to check our daughters in before my husband took me to the emergency room with complications from my cancer. There is not a 24 hour front desk and had to wait for someone to check us in. As we were driving around the parking lot looking for the room, the front desk person followed us out to our room and approached us in the dark. He was inappropriate and rude. The room did not match the pictures, the bathroom was dirty and hair in the shower. The floors were also sticky.

Cheap rates, but you get what you pay for!

Super friendly staff and really clean room. Asked for extra pillows to elevate my elbow and they brought them to me. Beds where not comfortable and the shower lacked water pressure and heat:(

Uncaring staff

Cons: staff and housekeeping
Arrived to check in and was told that my room was canceled. I had confirmation number with me, but my original room was not given to me because it had been given to someone else. I was offered a room without working A/C for twice our agreed upon price. I had no choice but to take the room offer because all other area hotels were full. I was told that the A/C would be repaired the next day, but still had to pay the higher price. I was told when the manager came back on duty that she would compensate me for the troubles, and take care of things. She did NOT accommodate me - had to pay twice our agreed upon price for the room for my entire week's stay. Although the room was fine, there was no housekeeping offered except once/week. I will NOT be staying here again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid the place!!!

Pleasant hotel

Pros: Dog friendly. Courteous staff.
Location: Trader Joes and Starbucks!!
We stayed at this hotel because I had doctor appointment at U of U medical center. It was perfect for us and the staff was great to our two little dogs. The park in the back of the hotel was perfect for walking the dogs. Also very quiet. Would stay at hotel again.

The room smelled terrible.

Pros: nothing
The hotel tried to get rid of smell but it didnt work. Expedia promised us a refund so we left early. Then we found out Expedia did not stand by their word. No refund from Expedia. I will never use Expedia again.

No hot water in the shower 1st nite Changed rooms

2nd room was fine,coffee, trash breakfast,location is great, park behind hotel with a creek,big trees,ducks!!

OK for the price. I was going for less expensive & location. Nothing fancy here but quiet and clean enough.

Disappointed

We booked the hotel on expedia and when we showed up 1 hour later the person working the counter told us that they had no open rooms as they were all dirty and basically too bad you can't stay here. This was at around midnight so we had to scramble to find another hotel (which was better anyways). Not sure who the fault lies with if it is expedia or the hotel. Expedia did reimburse me for it. The next day the hotel called to ask if we were still coming and I explained the situation to them. They apologized but didn't offer anything else to make up for it.
