Rooms were terrible. We had to change 2 rooms. AC was not working in both the rooms, had weird smell. Bathroom sink was not draining properly. Elevator was too hot. Would not stay here again.

out of 4 nights we stayed there with a two month old infant, hotel lost power and temperature was below freezing point they had no backup to sort it out secondly when I approached the reception desk i was told very rudely that she had no control over power failure and they had no idea how long its going to take, awful experience specially when you have a infant with you plus lady at reception was way too rude. Avoid

Most of the hotels won't charge additional fee as long as the pet fee is charged. Hilton did charge additional fee which was surprised to me and little disappointed.

Hotel Manager to be aware about basics
Hot water didn’t come for a bath on a December morning. Not the most ideal situation The Hilton bus shuttle is permanently parked at the hotel entrance so hotel visitors cannot pull into the drive way to unload when it is raining. Simple things that the hotel Manager should be aware about.

It was overall a great trip minus the hot tub not working and the pool being cleaned on my stay the the little coffee thing in my room wasnt working properly and i wasnt aware that breakfast wasnt complimentary but coffee was just joined hilton honors but overall the staff was great especially George u rock

Very disappointing, traveled to the property with my young son. We arrived and they gave us keys. Upon going to the room we discovered that the AC was blasting, the beds were unmade and someone’s personal belongings were in the room. We immediately shut the door and went back to the front desk agent. He said that housekeeping had cleared the room, but it was CLEAR that these people had NOT checked out( as there were quiet a few items in the room ). Very very disappointed with this experience.

Rooms need face lift.
The staff was fantastic! Very friendly, professional, excellent customer service. But the rooms need to be remodel. Especially the bathroom of the room we stayed in.

This was a very nice hotel. Everything was maintained nicely and it seemed like more than just a run of the mill Hilton hotel. A very good value for as nice as this hotel is.
